3、，总建筑面积92044.77,其中地上建筑面积71382.02，地下建筑面积20662.75。本项目为办公、商业类地产项目，基地内设置三栋高层塔楼，其中西北侧及东南侧设置两栋办公楼， 即T1楼，T3楼，其中T1楼总层数21层，裙房商业层数2层，T3楼总层数14层，裙房商业层数2层。基地西南侧T2楼为商业，总层数15层，裙房商业层数4层，另设三栋多层商业建筑：S11楼、S12楼、S2楼，均为2层。配电站1，配电站2，垃圾房，均为1层，另设置一个地下车库，共10个单体。本工程基础采用钢筋混凝满堂基础， 按照建筑基坑支护技术规程JGJ120-2012规定，本工程基坑深度超6m，且有较为丰富的地下水，

6、设钢管斜撑杆支护，上部设1200*700钢筋砼圈梁。本基坑降水采用轻型井点，井管直径取（40）mm钢管，水平间距取1.2m；成孔直径不小于300mm，成孔深度大于过滤器底端埋深0.5m，单套总管长度不大于50m，每套井点管间距约17m，共32套。过滤器长度为1.2m，过滤器底端封闭；过滤器表面的进水孔直径105mm，中心距30mm紧贴滤管外壁采用双层滤网包裹（内层40目、外层18目），最外层用铁丝缠绕包扎。滤料采用干净的中粗砂，应回填密实，滤料回填顶面与地面高差不小于1m；滤料顶面与地面之间须采用粘土封填密实。每套井点设置完毕后，应进行试抽水，检查管路连接处及每根井管周围的密封质量；井管内的真
7、空度不小于65kPa；抽出的地下水应肉眼不见泥砂、避免混浊。本基坑土方普遍开挖深度5.86.2m，T1主楼区开挖深度6.2m,基坑开挖面积约为1820m2,电梯井、集水坑局部开挖深度9.3m；T2主楼区开挖深度5.9m,基坑开挖面积约为2425m2,电梯井、集水坑局部开挖深度8.5m；T3主楼区开挖深度5.8m,基坑开挖面积约为2425m2,电梯井、集水坑局部开挖深度8.4m；本基坑安全等级为三级，环境保护等级为三级。3工程地质及水文情况3.1地质概况2-3-1地基土层分布情况详见下表层号土层名称层顶一般埋深（m）静力触探PS（Mpa）3-1灰黄色粘质粉土夹粉质粘土0.62.71.33-2灰色
8、砂质粉土1.716.25.87灰色淤泥质粘土1520.10.95灰色粉质粘土19.325.21.04灰绿草黄色粉质粘土夹粘质粉土2428.82.93.2地下水根据本勘察揭露，拟建场地的地下水主要为浅部土层中的潜水、中深部粉（砂）土中的承压水。拟建场地浅部地下水属潜水类型，补给来源主要为大气降水、地表径流，中深部有承压水，水位受季节、气候的影响较大。建议地下水潜水高水位埋深取0.50m，低水位埋深取1.50m； 本工程拟开挖基坑深度为6m，按第1层最浅顶板埋深为27.2m,承压水头按高值3m考虑，场地内计算范围内地基土饱和重度取厚度加权平均重度17.8KN/m3，水重度10KN/m3，根据上海市
9、工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范（DGJ08-37-2012）中12.3.3条，Pcz与Pwy比值大于1.05，本工程基坑开挖施工不会产生水土突涌的问题。3.3不良地质现象本勘察揭露，在场地东北角存在一处暗浜，底标高为1.592.06m，厚度0.81.3m，土以灰黑色粘性土为主，富含有机质、腐植物，流塑状态，工程力学性质极差，对基础设计、施工的不良影响极大，应以清除。场地西南部存在一处洼地，洼地沿基坑边线方向长20m左右，其内留存的水主要为降雨形成，水面深约0.3m。3.4周边环境场地东西两侧分别为现状河流纵二河、路漕河，北侧、南侧邻近江山路绿化带和芦硕路，北侧邻近江山路绿化带内分布有地下管线（电
10、力、雨污水、燃气管），故基坑开挖期间，应进行信息化施工监测，附时掌握基坑周围土体的位移和应力变化情况，确保基坑变形量在容许范围内，避免对周边道路、管线及河道产生不良影响。4施工要求4.1工期目标本工程基坑支护及其土方开挖施工计划自2016年3月5日至2016年4月20日结束。其余基础施工穿插进行，至2016年10月底施工完成所有0.000。4.2质量目标质量符合设计要求，达到国家现行施工验收规范合格标准；分项工程一次验收合格率100%。4.3安全目标工程实施过程中贯彻“安全第一、预防为主”的方针，确保工程的施工安全，无重大安全事故和管线断裂事故；无隧道塌方、基坑坍塌事故，杜绝人身伤亡责任事故；
11、无等级火警责任事故；无机械行车和道路交通责任事故；无机械设备责任事故；无等级社会治安案件。创建市级安全文明工地。4.4文明施工目标符合上海市文明施工统一标准，创市级安全文明工地。4.5环境保护目标无因施工监测措施或施工防护措施不当而发生重大安全、质量事故；严格控制生产用水和生活用水的排放，达到环保要求后进行排放；加强施工机械的管理，改进施工工艺，全面控制施工过程中的噪声、振动、废气、固体废物的产生，减少其对环境造成的影响；在施工区域、生产区域做好危险品的现场控制，防汛现场控制，消防应急现场控制，确保现场事故为零；文明施工、保护市政设施和城市绿化。4.6廉政建设目标确保工程实施过程中不发生廉政事
12、故。4.7 防治传染性疾病和突发公共卫生事件目标进场后联系当地卫生防疫部门定期对现场和工地进行卫生和防疫检查处理，制定突发公共卫生事件应急预案，确保工人健康，防止任何传染病。做到员工教育培训率100%；防疫面积率100%；防疫设施、劳保用品配置率100%；制度健全、落实率100%，杜绝传染性疾病和突发公共卫生事件发生。第三章 施工部署及流程1施工总体筹划本工程围护工程主要为水泥土搅拌桩及部分加内插型钢、圈梁、井点降水、土方开挖等施工。根据我项目现场实际踏勘及图纸的深入研究，并结合总体施工进度计划的编排，总体施工流程考虑如下：1、前期施工准备（场地平整、施工道路、大临设施等施工）；2、围护阶段施
13、工（水泥土搅拌桩施工）3、圈梁、压顶及降水井施工在围护强度达到设计要求后，进行施工圈梁和降水井的施工，待圈梁强度达到设计要求后开始掏挖沟槽安装斜抛撑。4、土方开挖在圈梁、加固强度达到设计要求后，且预降水完成后进行土方开挖以及边坡喷射砼。土方开挖总体按三阶段进行，各阶段分两层土进行开挖，开挖顺序依次为T2-T1-T3-配电房范围。2施工进度总体目标及保证措施2.1施工进度计划本工程要求于2016年3月25日开始施工，于2016年5月10日完成全部围护工作，满足基坑开挖条件要求。3-2-1进度计划序号工作名称工期开始时间完成时间备注1前期现场准备152016.3.102016.3.251.1临时水

15、面T3土方开挖及边坡喷射砼102016.6.302016.7.10东北面配电房土方开挖及斜抛撑支设202016.8.202016.9.10以上节点是保证施工相互协调，且各自有序施工的保证，各部分施工应以以上节点工期为目标进行组织施工，确保工程顺利实施。2.2进度的保证措施根据施工现场的条件设计图，结合各工程的分项技术要求及规范，我们将从加强施工组织管理，严格按规范及技术要求着手，合理配置资源来保证工程的质量，实行工程质量和进度同步控制作为工程进度计划编制的原则。根据施工进度安排，本工程工期紧，为确保整个工期及各节点工期的如期完工，特制定以下保证措施。2.2.1确保工程工期的管理措施（1）运用网
16、络计划技术原理编制进度计划，根据实际情况，比较分析进度计划，确保关键工作的按时完成。（2）编制施工项目总进度计划,并确定周作业计划，逐周按目标控制，以达到对工程施工进度的有效控制。（3）实行施工任务制度，将任务下达到施工作业班组，以致于作业人来明确具体的施工任务及要求，并运用经济杠杆实行奖罚措施，使施工队能在保证质量的前提下，按时完成施工任务。2.2.2、确保工程工期的组织措施（1）认真调配机械设备及各种材料的使用、供应中的各种关系，保证设备材料到位的及时性、完好率。（2）充分利用我公司高技术含量、高机械化作业的优势，合理配备设备资源，使机械设备配备更趋合理，并在公司范围内的设备作统一部署，随
17、时满足本工程的需要。（3）加强施工组织管理，使各分部分项工序以最大限度进行合理搭接，保证施工流水能按计划正常运转，前道工序为后道工序创造良好环境，提高工作效率。 3现场平面布置3.1平面布置原则（1）根据本工程现场条件的实际情况，施工总平面布置要满足场地内交通要求和通到场地外的要求，布置要安全合理，尽量减少场内行车距离。（2）要确保整个地块的工期在合同要求的工期之内完成。（3）结合施工区域的划分及施工流程的安排，按照围护桩基施工、加固施工分别进行场地布置。（4）在每个阶段的施工过程中，施工场地的布置应根据场地情况及施工需要及时进行调整。（5）生活及办公场所做到相对固定。（6）现场布置应做到安全
18、、美观、简洁、经济。（7）现场布置应符合环境保护要求，排水要通畅，污水和雨水汇总后排入附近的市政污水管或市政雨水管。临时设施修建及场地布置平面布置附图-1。3.2前期准备3.2.1、人员进场及场地准备先组织人员进场，利用集装箱或原有周边租房作为办公用房，创造开工条件，争取早日开工。同时对场地水电设施进行布置，并进行临时设施建设，尽最快速度创造生活良好条件和施工条件。3.2.2、总图测量人员进场后在进行施工准备工作的同时，必须着手进行总图测量，并会同建设单位、设计与规划管理部门把总图位置定下来，并打好定位桩，包括需要保留的定位引出桩标志。为场地前期准备、临设布置、围护结构边线、管井降水划定确切的
19、位置。对控制点及标高点进行复核，并提报监理复核。3.2.3、现场用电计划临时用电按两轴搅拌桩为用电最高峰来计算用电量：P1搅拌桩设备+电焊机903+25*10520KWP2生活用电+现场照明50+50100KWP总K0P1K1 +P2K2=1.1（5200.7+100）=510KW原业主提供临时箱变为800KW，满足现场用地需求。3.2.4、现场用水（1）现场供水在整个施工过程中，业主提供一根直径100mm的水管作为本工程的临时施工、办公用水，并根据工程实际需要来布置配水管网，原则是在保证不间断供水的情况下，管路越短越好。正式施工前应作好供水的调试工作，为正式施工创造条件。（2）现场排水施工时
20、需做好排水工作，以满足上海市有关施工排水的要求。沿围墙侧修筑300400mm排水沟，定期进行抽水。 在各个阶段需对排水系统进行调整，特别是开挖阶段，在开挖时沿基坑一周设置排水沟，坑内在人工对底层20公分扦土时沿围护需开除10公分深20公分宽的集水沟，利用设计落底的集水井做为集水沟，也可利用坑内降水井作为泄水点，保持基坑干燥。3.2.5、现场养护室布置施工现场设置标准养护室，内设养护水池，养护室内配备空调控制温度，并配有温度计和湿度计，保证养护室的温度和湿度。湿度计和温度计要经过指定鉴定单位的鉴定，具有有效合格证书。养护室应有专人负责看护，每天要有详细的养护情况记录。Opinions and s
