29、ment.第一章 工程概况第一节 工程概况1、工程概况本工程为大石桥龙首商业街挡土墙、车库工程。地上一二层，结构形式为现浇框架结构，建筑结构的安全等级为二级。抗震设防类别为丙类，抗震设防烈度为7度第一组，设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g;框架抗震等级均为三级。设计使用年限为50年该工程。总建筑面积为 ，建筑基底面积 。屋面防水等级为类。建设地点：大石桥市蟠龙山广场东侧。2、本工程计划工期为60日历天。3、质量等级：合格。4、工程施工范围：施工蓝图及合同约定的工程内容。包括：建筑工程a)基础回填、基坑清槽、房心回填土；b)基础、垫层；c)防水工程；d)地上及地下主体工程；e)内外墙砌筑及抹灰工程
30、；g)外墙保温工程（甲方保留委托的权利）；h)屋面工程；a）室外至环型箱配管。环型箱至电表箱、电表箱后的电缆、桥架、配管、穿线、灯具及电气设备的安装调试等内容。每户照明点安装一个灯泡，开关面板、插座等均安装到位，换气扇仅预留电线、接线盒。b）弱电工程及消防工程预留预埋（配管、接线盒、接线箱等）。c)避雷、接地，按图纸要求施工到位；给排水工程包含不同材质的各种给排水、热水、管道配管、管件、支架、阀门、水表、水泵等的制作、预埋、预留及及安装，管道冲洗、消毒、试压等。采暖工程包含不同材质的各种采暖管道配管、管件、支架、阀门、暖气片等的制作、预埋、预留及及安装，管道冲洗、消毒、试压等。其他建筑物施工完

35、基础工程：20天2、主体工程：20天3、屋面工程：10天（与砌体、抹灰工程同时施工）4、楼地面工程：5天5、竣工清理:5天6、水电卫安装调试配合土建进行，工程竣工调试完毕。7、因本工程是边设计边施工，施工图纸的出图时间会对本工程的施工进度产生严重影响，会造成不可避免的工期延误及窝工情况。第二节施工组织1、实行项目责任制管理，成立项目经理部，由杨宇担任项目经理，土建、安装专业项目技术负责人及有关技术管理人员组成，按照公司服务控制，项目授权管理，专业施工保障，各方通力协作的模式，卓有成效地实施质量、工期、安全、成本、及环境的目标。2、施工人员实行专业化组织，按不同工种，不同施工部位划分作业班组，使
36、各专业班组人员从事性质不相同的工作，提高操作工人的熟练程度和劳动生产率。3、专业班组实行物资消耗考核，定额计件工资管理，项目部管理人员负责监督其施工方法、质量、进度、安全等，项目经理统筹安排项目的人力，物力的平衡调度。第三节施工规划1、本工程的施工程序遵循：“先地下、后地上，先主体、后围护，先结构、后装饰”的原则。2、基础、主体结构施工：该工程拟配4台QTZ40塔吊（具体位置见平面图）负责材料的垂直输送；钢筋集中加工，原位绑扎；模板采用竹胶板模板,满堂红承重钢管支撑体系.为加快施工进度,塔吊在基础施工前安装,以充分发挥机械利用率。由于施工现场狭长，各种建筑原材料都须要二次倒运才能送达施工部位。
37、3、装饰施工：装饰工程的好坏直接影响到建筑物的观感和使用功能,我们把装饰工程的质量控制作为重点.外饰由上而下，内饰由下而上分段进行,此阶段装饰、水电暖各专业处于交叉施工阶段,人员和材料进场较多,应加强施工工序的协调和配合。4、水电暖安装施工：水电暖安装工程的质量影响着建筑物的使用功能，所以要加强施工质量和进度控制，做好隐蔽前的试验和验收工作，使水电暖工程的一次验收合格率达到标准要求。6、尾工：建筑物工程量即基本结束后，应派专人负责成品的保护，同时现场留有足够的人力物力进行善后工作，工程技术资料着手整理、装订、送审，积极准备工程的竣工验收。第三章施工准备与资源配备第一节技术准备1、测量放线，根据
38、业主提供的测量坐标控制点进行复核，布设坐标控制网，引测半永久型施工水准点。2、组织学习、熟悉施工图纸、设计文件及有关标准，领会设计意图，做好图纸会审准备工作。3、对施工技术人员和操作工人组织培训学习，进行分级交底。4、编制施工进度控制实施细则，分解工程进度控制目标，明确各自责职，确保工期。5、编制工程质量实施细则，确定质量控制点，分解施工质量目标，建立施工质量保证体系，对特殊部位和特殊工艺等编制详细的作业指导书。6、编制施工成本控制实施细则，分解施工成本控制目标，建成施工成本信息监控体系，编制材料、设备进货计划，落实材料货源，提供业主所供材料、设备供应计划。第二节场内准备1、配合建设单位向有关

43、阶段布置，现场道路全部采用山皮石和石粉做硬化处理，钢筋模板制作区、搅拌站等位置按要求搭设防护棚，地面做混凝土硬覆盖。d、充分考虑周边环境，做好防护、亮化、绿化工作。2、标准化管理：科学规范，卫生整洁a、标准化管理由项目经理负责，日常工作由标准化负责人与值勤员负责实施。b、实行平面图管理，经项目经理审批后实施，现场划区划段，材料标识堆放。c、生活区轮流值班，定时打扫，每周检查评比。d、生产区挂牌施工，谁做谁清，随做随清，工完料净现场清，以组为单位实行旬查考核。e、施工大门净化，亮化，24小时值班，人员挂牌上岗。f、施工现场设置水冲厕所和淋浴室。g、现场设吸烟室，施工现场禁止吸烟，按规定设置消防器
44、材。3、施工现场平面布置图。（附图）第二节施工现场用电平面布置1、电源概况：在本工程的两个标段交汇处设置了现场施工电源总箱，但是因为本标段施工现场过长，中后段电压不能满足施工要求，须设置备用电源；另外因为距离太远现场须另外增加大量施工电缆；根据机械设备实际使用情况设置二级箱和三级箱。2、现场线路布置：a、本工程的临时用电采用TN-S供配电系统，现场临时用电干线供电采用（VV-450+116）五芯电缆埋地敷设，施工机具采用（VV-310+14）五芯电缆供电，生活用电采用绝缘塑料三芯护套线供电；供电干线依据施工平面图布置。b、线路布置，供电干线沿现场围墙供至各分配电箱，跨越主要通道的干线均埋地60CM以下，外加保护套管且进行填砂保护。c、现场采用“三级配电三级保护”。即总配电柜-分配电箱-开关箱，每级都设漏电保护装置。d、生活区职工宿舍敷设日光灯照明、空调、插座三路总线，均单独控制。e、楼层供电：由分配电箱引出干线，设分配电箱壹只，分别向首层、二层供电，各楼层施工时，设移动式开关箱。3、安全技术措施：a、所有临时施工均采用橡套电缆供电，采用五芯电缆，实行埋地的线缆，套管保护，架空线跨越主要通道时，线缆最低点与地面净高不小于5M。b、所有施工设备必须进行保护接零。c、在总配电柜及分配电箱处保护零线须进行重复接地，按地电阻4。d、实行“一机一闸一漏一保”，漏电开
