1、9 测量放线工程施工方案1.工程概况：本工程克拉玛依恒基国际广场工程，地处宝石路与新兴路交汇处南、北侧，距宝石路约1.5公里。结构特点：剪力墙结构，一类高层建筑物。耐火等级一级。设计使用年限50年，抗震三级。总建筑面积：38450平方米，其中地下占8245平方米，建筑层数：地下1层，地上12层、建筑总高度51米。本工程0.000相对于绝对标高362.5米，室内外高差为0.15米，地下车库基础筏板顶标高为-5.65m，地下室层高为5.2m,车库顶标高为-0.23m、-0.1、-.0.3等，主楼地下室至地上二层为加强层。三层以上为标准层，层高为3m。2、施工测量定位依据：2.1 由克拉玛依市规划行
2、政主管部门提供的，A、B、C、D、E坐标（及水准点 A=362.5，）用地红线桩，作为测量定位和标高传递测量为主要依据。并对其坐标和水准点进行校核后，以取得正确的数据进行该工程定位放线。2.2 依据坐标点A、B、C、D、E校核后与测绘设计研究院提供的测量成果表所提供的距离。高程及所推出的方位角完全相符。符合测量和设计规范要求。可以进行该工程的定位测量放线工作。3、建筑物的定位放线。3.1定位放线前的准备工作。在恒基国际广场工程定位放线前，先校核测绘院所提供的红线桩、坐标点和水准点是否符合设计及测量规范要求，通过实测和计算校核坐标点的距里和角度误差为1/10000（距离）、20/ （角度误差）3
3、.2 定位根据测绘部门提供的坐标A、B、C、D、E根据就近方便的原则。遵守先整体后局部，高精度控制低精度的工作程序。根据施工图纸的几何尺寸定出该楼各轴与轴的交点坐标。并形成该楼的控制网。再以控制网为依据，进行各局部建筑物的定位、放线，并做好控制点的引测标识及护桩。并遵守以长定短、高精度控制低精度的原则，做好各控制点的保护。控制线或控制点应设在坚固的位置，以防点碰撞毁坏，以保持点位的原始性。3.3高程控制网高程控制网应依据测绘院提供的水准点A=362.5m校测无误后进行现场布网工作。并在施工现场牢固可靠处引设4个水准点，即BM1、BM2、BM3、BM4（或引设4个0.000点）标准点。BM1=B
4、M2=BM3=362.5m做为施工作业面标高投递时的主要依据，高程传递采用水准仪夹钢尺的方法进行上下传递，每传递到作业面一次不少于2个标准点，这样以便校核，保证点的准确性。4、基础施工测量4.1基础放线和垫层放线： 工程定位后，根据施组及生产进度计划要求，按照开挖平面图的要求，对该工程进行撒白灰放开挖位置线，并撒出所放坡的尺寸（按照开挖深度和放坡比例），并做好点线的恢复控制标志桩，在基槽开挖接近开挖所需深度H时，应架水准仪器进行基础深度标度控制，并将标准点投测到基坑上（至少2个），作为清槽套平基础作业面的依据，以保证深度的准确性，然后将垫层边线投递到基槽，以保证基坑的宽度。基础开挖至车库基础底
5、标高后，按技术交底对独立基础及主楼笩板基础点平面位置。再用小型挖机进行开挖至碎石土标高完毕后应组织监理及经理部技术主管部门进行基槽验线、签字手续。验线合格后才能进行下道施工测量工序。打钎和验线完毕后放出基础砼垫层宽度、标高。垫层打完后，架置经纬仪，将主轴线控制点投入到垫层上，作为放线的依据，进行墙柱、轴线位置以及所有控制线放线工作，同时严格执行、三检制度，校核各主轴线之间的几何尺寸，自检校核合格后，报验有关技术主管部门复查签字。无误后，方可进行下道工序。4.2 槽底标高控制0.000以下标高控制，以现场所引测的0.000=362.5m高程控制网为依据，用塔尺和水准仪相配合将标高直接传递到基坑内
6、以此标高做为依据进行槽底抄平。根据施工开挖图方案的要求，槽底抄平及清槽分为两步，第一步机械挖土至深（-5.9 米）处，标高抄平至距槽底留68cm处。由机械二次挖掘至槽底留20cm人工清土。5、结构施工测量5.1平面控制点的选择（0.000以下）考虑到0.000以下施工面积较大，结构基础较复杂，车库及两个主楼及商业1、2、3、会所联体的关系，现将0.000以下结构施测量放线标准控制点分别在各楼首层平图设置固定标准点，在顶板砼浇灌前将各楼号分别予埋三个基准点用200*200*5铁板下设4根钢筋埋入砼中，待首层放线时在铁板上弹出十字线，在十字交叉处用钢钉打眼内设铜线打平作为往上传送的永久点：根据0.

9、放出各内隔墙、分户墙等细部尺寸线。6.2外装修测量本工程外墙为混凝土结构。每层竖向结构施工完成后，用仪器在外侧结构墙、柱面上的大角两侧20cm处投测竖向控制线。在投测室内水平控制线的同时在外墙、柱面上投测相同高度的水平控制线，作为外墙修补和装饰线的控制标准。室内门窗洞口竖直控制线有轴线关系弹出，水平控制线也由钢尺传递弹出。6.3屋面施工测量屋面测量首先要检查各向流水实际坡度是否符合设计要求，并实测偏差。在屋面四周弹出水平控制线及各向流水坡度控制线。6.4电梯及设备安装测量在结构施工中，从电梯井底开始，以结构施工控制线为准，及时量测电梯净空尺寸，并测定电梯井中心线。设备安装时，利用测量仪器进行精
