6、尘。某水泥厂的球磨车间建有5个除尘室，每个除尘室安装了1台脉冲除尘器，每台脉冲除尘器有两个脉冲电磁阀（A阀和B阀）和1个提升电磁阀。在提升电磁阀工作期间，脉冲电磁阀才能工作。第二章 设计题目内容1.控制任务和要求（1）各个除尘器的电磁阀的控制时序。为使收尘系统阻力变化范围小，一般采用均匀间隔清灰的工作方式，即采用定时控制方式，各个除尘器的电磁阀的控制时序如图1所示：前室提升电磁阀脉冲电磁阀后室提升电磁阀脉冲电磁阀 图1t0：脉冲电磁阀的启动延时，一般取2st1：提升电磁阀的工作时间，一般取8st2：脉冲电磁阀的喷吹时间，一般取0.13st3：室间隔时间，一般取17s（2）各个除尘阀的工作顺序。

9、264BX17Y15Y275BX20Y16Y304.状态转移图：第五章 PLC控制程序梯形图：指令表：第六章 调试结果调试结果基本符合任务要求第七章 心得体会这次plc课程设计因为自己的原因时间较紧，刚开始时没有选择根据状态转移图编写梯形图，因为状态较多嫌麻烦没有写状态转移图，是直接编写的梯形图。在编写的过程中发现思路没有问题的情况下，各种互锁不胜其烦。运行调试时手动运行正确，自动情况下经常无法停止定时器。然后又根据任务书写出状态转移图，根据状态转移图编写的梯形图除了偶尔因为步数较多软件不能及时反应以外，调试过后基本运行成功。这次课设，给我很大的经验与教训。最重要的就是，要根据任务要求，判断最
10、适合的编写指令方法，如果刚开始就能判断出除尘器用状态转移图编写梯形图更直观更方便，就不会浪费这么多的时间。在自动和手动的编写时，自动与手动的转换时这次的难点，也是我最头疼的地方。原本想的是在自动的过程中加入开关设计，但怎么想都想不出，只好在最开始时用并行把手动的15段程序并在一起。先开始调试时明明分段的手动梯形图基本一致，但就是有的手动成功有的手动失败，在关闭监控后再打开，又恢复了功能。之后根据同学调试的技巧将并行程序中的SET与STL分开，果然手动的效果不再出现意外。总之，这次课设教会了我很多当初理论课没有学会的知识，实在是受益匪浅。最后，O(_)O谢谢韩立强老师的耐心指导和同组同学的合作与
