36、盾已呈现出愈来愈尖锐的趋势。 我国虽然国土面积很大，但实际上却是一个水资源较为缺乏的国家，所以，当前在发展经济的同时必须考虑水资源的保护问题。其中尤为重要的一点就是尽量避免对水体的二次污染。我国的水污染情况已经十分严重。全国七大水系有近一半的河段受到不同程度的污染，接近 86%的城市河段水质超标。根据国家环保总局发布的资料显示：我国环境污染已经达到了十分严重的程度。2000 年，全国十大地表水系的 COD 年排放量达 1445万吨，比类水质要求的 800 万吨容量高出 80.6%；2001 年，七大水系断面检测，达到类水质的仅占 29.5%，而劣类水质却高达 44%。 而 在这大量的 工业废水
37、污染 中，酒精废 水又是污染 最为严重 的高浓度有机 废水之一。 不但在酒精的 生产过程中产 生的废水 量很大，而且 污染负荷很 高。现在国家 已开始逐步重 视环保- 3 - 500 吨/天酒精废水处理工程 可行性研究报告 事 业，对污染源 进行有效治 理已经提上议 事日程。在发 展经济的 同时，为有效 地保护我们 人类有限的宝 贵水资源，更 加彻底地 处理好酒精生 产过程中所 产生的废水， 必须采用先进 、成熟的 废水处理技术 对酒精生产 废水进行有效 处理，以便完 全达到国家规定的标准排放。 （3）项目建设的目的和意义 项 目建设的目 的就是采用高 新技术和设 备对酒精厂 生产废水 进行彻
38、底而有 效的处理， 使出水水质完 全达到国家规 定的排放 标准，同时要 达到比较低 的处理成本， 争取创造一定 的额外经济效益。 本项目的目标是： a、采用先进技术配置适当的高效率装置，使得废水经过全程处理之后，能够达到国家规定的废水综合排放标准的要求（二级标准/酒精废水），彻底解决酒精厂的排污问题。 b、用科学合理的方法有效地解决废水处理过程中所产生的污泥等二次污染问题，真正成为环保型酒精生产企业。 C、立足于综合利用和循环经济的理念，在处理污水的同时尽可能创造较好的经济效益。 1.1.6 分析研究范围 本技术分析研究报告研究的范围为： 酒精废水达标处理的工艺技术可行性； - 4 - 500
39、 吨/天酒精废水处理工程 可行性研究报告 酒精废水处理的工艺技术方案； 酒精废水处理的工程技术问题； 工艺设备、自动控制的可行性分析； 工程概算和技术经济评价等内容。 1.2 研究结论 1.2.1 研究的简要综合结论 1）根据对于酒精废水的特点和目前各种污水处理技术的发展 水平进行的调 查研究和技 术分析，我们 认为在现有工 程技术的 基础上，已经 具备了处理 酒精生产废水 的基本条件、 完全能够把酒精废水处理到达标排放的要求。 2）经济技术分析表明，按照报告中提出的方案进行酒精废水 处理，在技术 上是成熟可 靠的，在经济 上是经济合理 的。只需要花费大约 450 万元，就可以建成一套每天处理
40、 500 吨糖蜜酒精废水的工业装置，运行费用控制在每处理 1 立方米废水，处理成本在 3.5 元以内。 值 得注意的是 ，本装置不但 是一个几乎 完全没有二 次污染的 酒精污水处理 装置，它还 是一个具有一 定规模的复合 肥料生产 装置，由于充 分利用了一 切可能再生利 用的资源，所 以能够产生相当可观的经济效益，估计利润可能达到 200 万元的水平，两年多的时间就可以收回全部投资。 因 此，我们认 为，按照本方 案建设酒精 废水处理装 置，是- 5 - 500 吨/天酒精废水处理工程 可行性研究报告 一 个节约、快速 有效和能够 达到处理目标 的比较实用的 技术方案。 发 展循环经济 是在发

43、 2、当前酒精废水处理的基本情况 2.1 酒精生产工厂的一般情况 本报告针对一般每天生产 20-30 吨酒精的小型酒精厂。 这 种工厂 生产酒 精的主 要原料一 般随着 季节的 不同有 所不同。主要原料有糖蜜、木薯和木薯干片。辅助原料有：淀粉酶、糖 化酶、硫酸和 烧碱。当然 有些工厂只使 用一种原料例 如糖蜜或 者淀粉，但是 本报告提出 的技术方案普 遍适用于任何 原料的酒精污水。 目前大多数小酒精厂没有进行妥善的污水处理，或者只有一些 简陋的、不合 格的处理装 置，根本不可 能把生产废水 处理达标 ，因此，严重 限制了生产 的发展。在当 前，使用农业 原料生产 酒精是一条于 工于农都有 利的
44、经济途径 ，具有相当显 著的经济 效益。所以， 如果废水处 理问题能够妥 善解决，很多 工厂准备扩大生产能力。 不同生产原料的生产季节大致是，每年 11 月至次年 2 月为糖蜜、生木薯混合生产酒精季节，每年 3-5 月为纯糖蜜酒精生产季节，每年 6-10 月为纯木薯干片酒精生产季节。 小 型酒精厂一般建设 在城镇附近，均 有比较可靠的水、 电和蒸汽动力供应。因此，这里不讨论动力供应问题。 生产工艺流 程简述 在 广西范围内 ，所有酒精工 厂的生产工 艺大同小异 ，普遍- 8 - 500 吨/天酒精废水处理工程 可行性研究报告 采用生物发酵方法生产酒精。 对 于采用各种 不同原料生产 酒精的工艺
