9、ume plane angle ratio = 0,7755194 4.3 Explanations The determination of spray angle by observation, photography, or by use of a protractor device (goniometer) is likely to produce erratic and non-repeatable result due to differences in instrumentation and test procedures. This has led to significant variations among nozzles marketed by different manufacturers, even though the nominal angle ratings may be identical. Index angles defined and calculated in this way are likely to exceed those values determined visually or by angle measurement devices.
