A A . The RCC-M may be updated by modification sheets reviewed and processed by AFC
4、EN. Irrespective of the source of these modifications, this procedure is completely separate from the application of the contractual arrangements binding customer and supplier . The modification request must be formulated on the present pre-printed form and sent to the General Secretary of AFCEN (se
5、e address overleaf). The request must be accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation. Before the issue of such a request, it is recommended that the RCC-M should be carefully read to avoid unnecessary requests. You should also state whether or not the request is issued because of non-con
6、formance to the RCC-M (see A 2400). . AFCEN will register the request and have it reviewed. A reply (in the form of a rejection or of a modification sheet) will be sent to you directly by the General Secretary of AFCEN. NOTE: (1) Emitters own reference, which should be quoted on all subsequent corre
7、spondence with AFCEN. It is important to provide this information, which will be the input to AFCENs modification request management system, enabling prompt treatment of any question asked by the emitter during the review period. (2) Indicate clearly the source text used (date of edition, plus, wher
8、e appropriate, date of included addenda or modification sheet or both). (3) If applicable, reference to deviation sheets prepared in the context of the quality organization established for the verification of conformance to RCC-M. Any other editorial or typing errors should also be reported to AFCEN, but shall not be considered as “deviations“ or “anomalies“ in the above sense. (4) Check as appropriate. (5) Where appropriate, state the reference of the supporting documents produced with the request. B
