Information about this document This standard is a revision and amalgamation of BS 5834-2:1983 and BS 5834-3:1985. It has been extended to incl

28、ude surface boxes made from cast iron, aluminium, plastics and fabricated steel and to include surface boxes designed for use with all types of utility. 32、 mm. The selection, use and surface finish of infill materials for factory infilled covers is outside the scope of this standard. A test method for loading tests is outlined in Annex A and a summary of the optional items to be agreed between the manufacturer and the purchaser is given in Annex B. NO
