Safety and Service Quality in Amusement Parks (GB/T 1676-1997) Issued in 1997, this regulation stipulates the operation standards of amusement parks. Requirements regarding safety, services, sanitation, etc, are clarified in this regulation. The
6、quality of all equipment in amusement parks must comply with the relevant standards. Other specific requirements are also elaborated. Management Regulation on Amusement Parks This regulation was implemented in April 2001 and stipulates that the planning, construction and management of amusement park
7、s must comply with the relevant standards and regulations of China. There are no specific tariffs for this industry. The industry is
8、 not directly affected by tariffs or duties. Currently, assistance mainly exists from the government providing guidance for the industrys development. The government has paid more attention on the development of tourism industries in recent years, which is expected to have positive impact on this in
