Adoption as an American National Standard requires verifi cation by ANSI that the requirements for due process, consensus, and other criteria for approval have been met by ASABE. Consensus is established when, in the judgment of the ANSI Board of

7、Standards Review, substantial agreement has been reached by directly and materially affected interests. Substantial agreement means much more than a simple majority, but not necessarily unanimity. Consensus requires that all views and objections be considered, and that a concerted effort be made tow

Keywords: Combine, Harvester, Infl ation, Tire 1 Purpose and scope 1.1 This Standard establishes loadings and infl atio

13、n pressures for agricultural type tires when used on self-propelled, hillside, and pull-type combine harvesters. 1.2 This Standard is based on the tire testing data used to establish SAE J709, but adjusted to refl ect the different operating duty cycle of the combine harvester compared to the agricu

14、ltural tractor. That is, the harvester has a minimal requirement for torque transmission, and its total weight fl uctuates appreciably as the grain tank is repeatedly fi lled and emptied. Harvesting normally takes place at or below approximately 8 km/h (5 mph). Grain tank unloading occurs before off

15、-fi eld transport. 1.3 This Standard also includes a tire usage statement to be affi xed to each combine harvester to ensure that operators are notifi ed of correct loadings and infl ation pressures. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this t
