DescriptionThis specification covers the detail requirements for a matched pair of germanium coaxial mixer diodes and is in accordance with specification K1007,
10、 Issue 3, except where otherwise stated. Test Requirements Diodes which have been accepted as CV7776-77 shall be matched into pairs consisting of one CV7776 and one CV7777 whose r.f. impedances when placed on a Smith Chart are contained within a circle of radius S = 0.9. This circle may be drawn any
11、where within the S = 0.625 circle as denoted by the Rectifier Admittance test in the CV7776-77 specification. Marking Individual diodes shall be marked with the appropriate CV number and according to K1007 Section B. Packaging A matched pair of diodes shall be placed in a package marked with CV7778.
