5、BSI 01-2000 National foreword This British Standard has been prepared under the direction of the Electronic Components Standards Policy Committee. It is identical with CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) 20007:1991 “Harmonized system of quality assessment for electronic components. Blank

6、detail specification: Liquid crystal displays monochrome LCDs without electronic circuit”. This standard is a harmonized specification within the CECC system. In 1992 the CENELEC Electronics Components Committee (CECC) accepted CECC 20007:1991 as European Standard EN 120007:1992. Cross-references Th

7、e British Standard which implements CECC 00100 is BS 9000 “General requirements for a system for electronic components of assessed quality” Part 2:1983 “Specification for national implementation of CECC basic rules and rules of procedure”. The international text omits to state that the notations IL

8、and AQL refer to Inspection Level and Acceptable Quality Level respectively, and that these are selected from, and in accordance with IEC 410. The corresponding British Standard is BS 6001 “Sampling procedures for inspection by attributes” Part 1:1972 “Specification for sampling plans indexed by Acc

9、eptable Quality Level (AQL) for lot-by-lot inspection”, which is technically equivalent. Scope This standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which are to be included as the minimum mandatory requirements in detail specifications written in accordance with BS CECC 20000

Detail specification layout In the event of conflict between the requirements of this specification and the provisions of BS 9000 the latter shall take precedence, except that the front page layout shall be in accordance with PD 9004:1989, CECC and IECQ administrative guide, Circular Letter No. 15

11、. A British Standard does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of a contract. Users of British Standards are responsible for their correct application. 21、 The CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) is composed of those member countries of the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) who wish to take part in a harmonized System for electronic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilitate int

22、ernational trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countries with

23、out further testing. This specification has been formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countries taking part in the System who wish to issue national harmonized specifications for LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAYS. It should be read in conjunction with the current regulations for the

24、CECC System. At the date of printing of this specification, the member countries of the CECC are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Preface This blank detail specification was prep

25、ared by CECC WG 20: Semiconductor optoelectronic and liquid crystal devices. It is based, wherever possible, on the Publications of the International Electrotechnical Commission. The text of this specification was circulated to the CECC for voting in the document indicated below and was ratified by

26、the President of the CECC for printing as a CECC Specification. This European Standard was prepared by CECC WG 20, “Opto-Electronic Components and Liquid Crystal Devices”. The text of the draft based on document CECC 20007 Issue 1:1991 was submitted to the formal vote for conversion to a European St
