5、I 04-2000 National foreword This British Standard has been prepared under the direction of the Electronic Components Standards Policy Committee. It is identical with CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) 20001:1991 “Harmonized system of quality assessment for electronic components. Blank de

6、tail specification: Light emitting diodes, light emitting diode arrays, light emitting diode displays without internal logic and resistor”. This standard is a harmonized specification within the CECC system. In 1992 the CENELEC Electronics Components Committee (CECC) accepted CECC 20001:1991 as Euro

7、pean Standard EN 120001:1992. This standard supersedes BS CECC 20001:1983 for any qualification approvals from its date of issue. BS CECC 20001:1983 remains valid for any existing qualification approvals. Cross-references The British Standard which implements CECC 00100 is BS 9000 “General requireme

8、nts for a system for electronic components of assessed quality” Part 2:1983 “Specification for national implementation of CECC basic rules and rules of procedure”. The International text omits to state that the notations IL and AQL refer to Inspection Level and Acceptable Quality Level respectively,

9、 and that these are selected from, and in accordance with IEC 410. The corresponding British Standard is BS 6001 “Sampling procedures for inspection by attributes” Part 1:1972 “Specification for sampling plans indexed by Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) for lot-by-lot inspection”, which is technically

10、 equivalent. Scope This standard lists the ratings, characteristics and inspection requirements which are to be included as the minimum mandatory requirements in detail specifications written in accordance with BS CECC 20000. 11、nts of this specification and the provisions of BS 9000 the latter shall take precedence, except that the front page layout shall be in accordance with PD 9004:1989, CECC and IECQ administrative guide, Circular Letter No. 15. 24、reword The CENELEC Electronic Components Committee (CECC) is composed of those member countries of the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) who wish to take part in a harmonized System for electronic components of assessed quality. The object of the System is to facilita

25、te international trade by the harmonization of the specifications and quality assessment procedures for electronic components, and by the grant of an internationally recognized Mark, or Certificate, of Conformity. The components produced under the System are thereby acceptable in all member countrie

26、s without further testing. This European Standard was prepared by CECC WG 20, “Opto-Electronic Components and Liquid Crystal Devices”. The text of the draft based on document CECC 20001 Issue 2:1991 was submitted to the formal vote for conversion to a European Standard; together with the voting repo

27、rt, circulated as document CECC(Secretariat)3025 it was approved by CECC as EN 120001 on 20 February 1992. The following dates were fixed: This specification has been formally approved by the CECC, and has been prepared for those countries taking part in the System who wish to issue national harmoni

28、zed specifications for LIGHT EMITTING DIODES, LIGHT EMITTING DIODE ARRAYS, LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAYS without internal logic and resistor. It should be read in conjunction with the current regulations for the CECC System. At the date of printing of this specification, the member countries of the

29、CECC are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Preface This specification was prepared by CECC WG 20: “SEMICONDUCTOR OPTOELECTRONIC AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DEVICES”. It is one of a series

30、of blank detail specifications for semiconductor devices, based on the generic specification CECC 20000. CECC 20001 (1983) has been amended to include LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAYS. The amendments have no influence on the detail specifications established in accordance with CECC 20001. The text of t

31、his specification was circulated to the CECC for voting in the documents listed below and was ratified by the President of the CECC for printing as a CECC Specification. This issue 2 of CECC 20001 shall become effective for all new qualification approvals from 1st March 1991. Issue 1 shall remain va
