5、references The Technical Committee has reviewed the provisions of CCSDS 501.0-B-1 January 1987, to which normative reference is made in the text, and has decided that they are acceptable for use in conjunction with this standard. The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a su
12、bject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (
13、IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for voting. 16、ope This International Standard specifies the requirements for radio metric and orbit data for space data and information transfer systems for civil space applications. 2 Requirements The requirements specified are the technical recommendations made in the following publication, which is adopted as
17、an International Standard: CCSDS 501.0-B-1 (issue 1) January 1987, Recommendation for space data systems standards Radio metric and orbit data.1) For the purposes of international standardization, the modification outlined below shall apply to the specific pages of publication CCSDS 501.0-B-1. 18、 i to iv This part is information which is relevant to the CCSDS publication only. 3 Revision of publication CCSDS 501.0-B-1 It has been agreed with the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems that Sub-Committee ISO/TC 20/SC 13 will be consulted in the event of any revision or amendment of pub
19、lication CCSDS 501.0-B-1.
