This specification covers the properties of a recycled, 34% mineral filled, W stable, heat stabilized Nylon 6, pellet form, injectio
2、n molding compound. 1.1 APPLICATiONS. Typical applications include the fol- lowing: Mirror cases. 1.2 RECYCLED MATERIALS. Materials under this specifi- cation shall have a minimum of 25% recycled content by weight, as defined in GM502M. Post-consumer and/or post- industrial materials apply. 2 REFERE

4、SAE JI639 IS0 75 IS0 3146 SAE J1885 .- z A s , = ; r i = 3.1 Materials supplied to this specification shall meet the requirements in GM1002M. 3.2 COMPOUND CERTIFICATION. Material suppliers must certify molding compound properties to the specific GM Test Sampling Plan approved for their material. 3.3
5、 COMPOUND PROPERTIES (NATURAL). See Table 1. 3.4 COMPOUND PROPERTIES (BLACK). See Table 2. 4 TEST PROCEDURES. 4.1 Test specimens shall be injection molded per IS0 29411, as described in SAE J1639, unless otherwise specified. 4.2 All test values indicated herein are based on material with moisture co
6、ntent of 0.2% maximum (IS0 960, Method A; ASTM D789). Immediately after molding, specimens shall be sealed in moisture-proof containers and stored 23 t 2C for at least 24 h. All tests shall be performed on unannealed speci- mens immediately after their removal from the containers in a controlled atm
7、osphere of 23 _+ 2C and 50 k 5% RH unless otherwise specified. 4.3 COLORFASTNESS EVALUATION PROCEDURE. The color of each test specimen shall be measured per SAE J1545, CIELAB color space, 10“ observer, illuminant D65, specular included, sphere geometry, before and after exposure. 4.4 A shear modulus
8、 plotted curve, as defined in SAE 51639 shall be provided with each GMP certification package. The temperature range 5C intervals is -50 to +210“C. 5 GENERAL INFORMATION.
