This specification descriis the physical and performance propcaies of a rubbe& waterbaped adhesive suit- able for bonding sound insulation mat
2、aial in the interior of the is a contad adhesive (non-pressure sensitive), and may also be used t o increase the bond strength of pressure sensitive films to porous surfaces such as headlintrs. 1.1 This system must be capable of being dispensed with cur- rent production equipment. It shall be compat

4、closed in kind and magnitude, as xequircd, by the GM Material Safety Data Sheet. In addition, the material must have full approval of the appro- priate d c a l dcpartnaent prior to production u s e . 3.2 RESTRICTED AND REPORTABLE CHEMICALS, (GMlOOOM). Material conditioned using potential storage conditions must be capable of passing all the nquiremnts of this specification. 3.3.1 Elevated Ttmpcrah
6、lre Stability. As shipped, thc adhe- sive must be capable of withstanding a temperature of 55C for 72 h , without separation or c a k i n g . 3.3.2 Low Tempcratuce S t a b i i . Thc adhesive must be pro- tected against hzing, both in shi- and during storage. 3.3.3 Storage Stability. The shelf life o
7、f the adhesive in closed containers shall be 90 days at a tempcraturc not to exceed 35C. Lack of notifidon by the supplier constitutes grounds for rcjcction of any shipment. While samples may be taken fkom incoming shipments and chebd for conformma to
