2、性导电指数。E0.5为T2/ )( asms TT+=时的特征 电场强度,对应电流密度-电场强度(J-E)关系曲线上 J 的最大值(J0.5)。 填充型高分子复合材料的导电行为具有典型的非线性特征,除渗流(Percolation)转变、 电阻正温度系数(PTC)与负温度系数(NTC)效应以及压阻(Piezoresistance)效应外, 电场作用下 的自限温发热(Self-regulation heating)与稳态导电行为也备受关注。本文研究高密度聚乙烯/ 炭黑(HDPE/CB)复合材料在较宽电场强度范围内的自发热与稳态导电行为。 对样品施加电场 10 min 后,记录样品的表面温度以及流经

6、ctric-thermal equilibrium state are studied. The conduction is related to the electronic tunneling and the resistor breakdown due to self-heating that dominate the nonlinear JE characteristic below and above a critical field strength corresponding to the J maximum, respectively. Influences of the initial structure of the percolation network and the physical state of the matrix to the conduction are also discussed.
