3、redit and other financial incentives endowed by the government. In addition, the government prohibits imports of regional aircraft. Separate projects for researching and developing large aircraft were established in 2007, and the government encourages independent research and development of aircraft
4、 manufacturing. The State Commission of Science and Technology for the National Defense Industry promoted reforms in the arms industries. These enterprises are encouraged to partly fund this industry. The government also offers taxation assistance for this industry, with regional aircraft and parts
5、for military use exempt from value added tax. Imported products within the industry are levied at different tariff rates according to different types of aircraft components, different aircraft of different capacities and helicopters.
