31、mit 65B: Elments des systmes, du Comit dEtudes No 65 de la CEI: Mesure et commande dans les processus industriels. Des projets furent discuts lors des runions tenues Moscou en 1975 et Budapest en 1976. A la suite de cette dernire runion, un nouveau projet fut diffus suivant la Procdure Acclre en oct
32、obre 1977, la suite de quoi le projet, document 65B(Bureau Central)l3, fut soumis lapprobation des Comits nationaux suivant la Rgle des Six Mois en janvier 1978. 35、S OF PANEL AREAS AND CUT-OUTS FOR PANEL AND RACK-MOUNTED INDUSTRIAL-PROCESS MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL INSTRUMENTS FOREWORD 1) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by Technical Committees on which all the National Committees having a special interest therein are
36、represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 2) They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense- 3) In order to promote international unification, the IEC expr
37、esses the wish that all National Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the IEC recommendation and the corresponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly indicated in th
38、e latter. PREFACE This report has been prepared by Sub-committee 65B: Elements of Systems, of IEC Technical Committee No. 65 : Industrial-process Measurement and Control. Drafts were discussed at the meetings held in Moscow in 1975 and in Budapest in 1976. As a result of this latter meeting, a new d
39、raft was circulated under the Accelerated Procedure in October 1977, as a result of which, the draft, Document 65B(Central Office)l3, was submitted to the National Committees for approval under the Six Months Rule in January 1978. 43、RUMENTS INTRODUCTION This report is intended to serve as a common guideline for two separate spheres of activity - that of the users who must be able to plan installations and be assured that the equipment purchased on the open market will fit into their plans ; - that of the manufacturers who must
44、be able to supply the equipment required to fit into these planned In principle, the user should, therefore, know the maximum dimensions which the equipment will occupy and for which he has to plan. The manufacturer should know the minimum dimensions of front and cut-out into which he has to design
45、his equipment to fit. installations. This report does not go beyond these limits, but only denes the dimensions of the interfaces of these spheres of influence. This report recognizes three known modular elements: 12 mm and 20 mm, both from established European practice, and 12.5 mm, the module esta
46、blished in IEC Publication 473 : Dimensions for Panel- mounted Indicating and Recording Electrical Measuring Instruments. Size values which are multiples of 12.5 mm are laid down in this report. Nominal instrument front dimensions which are multiples of one or more of the modular elements above are
47、also established and correspond to a specific size value. The nominal front dimension is also less than or equal to the specified size value. 1. Scope This report defines a system of dimensions of panel areas and cut-outs for industrial-process measurement and control instruments to be mounted on pa
48、nels and racks. 2. Object The object of this report is to provide a system of sizes and cut-out dimensions for measurement and control instruments which will facilitate: - the planning of the layout of paneIs and racks to be-equipped with industrial-process measure- - the design of the industrial-pr
