The purpose of this standard is to ensure that adequate data relating to the external hydraulic systems of agricultural tractors and machinery is properly presented on them to
9、 enable the user to determine if the system on a particular tractor is compatible with that on a particular machine. 12、that is to be provided on agricultural tractors and machinery and the method of presentation. 2 Definitions For the purposes of this British Standard, the following definitions apply. 2.1 hydraulic power outlet a coupling outlet, mounted on a tractor, which can provide a hydraulic power source for t
13、he operation of machinery 2.2 rated flow the operating flow rate, recommended by the manufacturer, for the hydraulic power outlet, when measured at a power outlet under rated pressure conditions. For a tractor, this applies at a manufacturers specified rated engine speed 2.3 rated pressure the press
14、ure continuously available at a power outlet, under rated flow conditions 2.4 maximum pressure the highest pressure sustained by the tractor relief valve 2.5 minimum operating pressure the minimum pressure required for the satisfactory operation of the machine 2.6 exchange oil volume the quantity of
15、 oil that can be removed and returned to the tractor hydraulic system reservoir, when the tractor is standing on level ground, without affecting the hydraulic or other tractor function performance 3 Presentation of technical data 3.1 The data relating to the hydraulic system shall be provided on a p
16、late which shall bear the details and be of the layout shown in Figure 1. 3.2 The plate shall be securely fixed to the tractor or machine adjacent to the hydraulic coupling. 3.3 The details on the plate shall be easily and permanently legible. 4 Direction of flow If the direction of flow is not reve
17、rsible, this shall be stated.
