29、ICAL - Partie 1 : Dtermination des proprits dattnuation des matriaux AVANT-PROPOS 1) La CE1 (Commission Electrotechnique Internationale) est une organisation mondiale de normalisation compose de lensemble des comits lectrotechniques nationaux (Comits nationaux de la CEI). La CE1 a pour objet de favo
30、riser la coopration internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans tes domaines de llectricit et de Ilectronique. A cet effet, la CEI, entre autres activits, publie des Normes internationales. Leur laboration est confie des comits dtudes. aux travaux desquels tout Comit national intr
31、ess par le sujet trait peut participer. Les organisations internationales, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales, en liaison avec la CEI, participent galement aux travaux. La CE1 collabore troitement avec lOrganisation Internationale de Normalisation (ISO), seton des conditions fixes par accord e
32、ntre les deux organisations. 2) Les dcisions ou accords officiels de la CE1 en ce qui concerne les questions techniques, prpars par les comits dtudes OU sont reprsents tous les Comits nationaux sintressant ces questions, expriment dans la plus grande mesure possible un accord international sur les s
33、ujets examins. 3) Ces dcisions constituent des recommandations internationales publies sous forme de normes, de rapports techniques ou de guides et agres comme telles par les Comits nationaux. 4) Dans le but dencourager lunification internationale, les Comits nationaux de la CE1 sengagent appliquer
34、de faon transparente, dans toute la mesure possible, les Normes internationales de la CE1 dans leurs normes nationales et rgionales. 39、n comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of the IEC is to promote international cooperation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, the IEC publishes Inter
40、national Standards. Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International. governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparat
41、ion. The IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. 2) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by technical committees on which all th
42、e National Committees having a special interest therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. 3) They have the form o f recommendations for international use published in the form of standards, technical reports or guides a
43、nd they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 4) In order to promote international unification, IEC National Committees undertake to apply IEC International Standards transparently to the maximum extent possible in their national and regional standards. Any divergence between the IE
44、C Standard and the corresponding national or regional standard shall be clearly indicated in the latter 5) The IEC provides no marking procedure to indicate its approval and cannot be rendered responsible for any equipment declared to be in conformity with one of its standards.
