Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the standard form of specifications and its entry gist of head-feeding combines ( ) , hereinafter referred to as the llcombinesll. Note (l) I

5、t is also expressed by JIDATSUGATA combines, but in this standard it is called to be head-feeding dye combines. Remark: The units and numerical values given in in this Standard are based on the traditional units and are appended for informative reference. 2. Standard Form of Specifications a The sta

6、ndard form of specifications shall be as follows: (1) The standard form of specifications shall be in accordance with Attached Table 1 and Attached Table 2. (2) Attached Table 1 indicates the summary of elements and performances of combines, Attached Table 2 indicates uses, preparation and details f

7、or other technical purposes, and is used in combination with Attached Table 1. (3) Items may be selected corresponding to purposes, as required, structure, materials, test method, etc. of each part shall be appended and the drawings such as full view, layout drawing near the operator cab, etc., adde

8、d. (4) On the full view, outlines of outer profile of combine, layout of cab, and the like, and main dimensions shall be indicated. On the layout drawing near the operator cab, outlines and main relating dimensions of steering lever, each type pedal, each type lever, instruments, indicating apparatu

Entry Gists of Specifications The entry gists of specifications shall be as follows: (1) Attached Table 1 The entry gist of Attached Table 1 shall be as follows : Name and Style Enter the manufactur

11、ers name mark and style symbol attached to the combine. Common Name The common name of the manufacturer shall be entered. Manufacturers Name The name of manufacturing company or name of manufacturing facotry of combine, and the like shall be entered. Division of Classes or large class special automo

12、bile according to the Road Vehicles The division of small class special automobile Act shall be entered. Main Dimensions the standard equipped condition of combine shall be entered, and dimensions at standard working, entered in parentheses. Overall Width The maximum width shall be entered and its p

13、osition, appended. The dimensions at the time of storage under Overaldl Width The maximum width shall be entered and its position, appended. Overall Height part shall be entered and its position, appended. The height from the ground up to the highest Minimum Ground Clearance part of machine body nea

14、r the machine body central line shall be entered its position, appended. Overall Mass the fuel is fully laden, the lubricating oil, working oil and cooling water are at specified amount, and specified portable tools and other accessories are equipped, shall be entered. The ground clearance of the lo

Further, for track gauge, the central distance of right and left crawlers shall be entered and for average ground contact pressure, the value of gravity acting on overall mass divided by the crawler ground contact area shall be entered.
