ScoPe This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the tin-coated non-magnetic steel wire (hereafter referred to as the “wire“) mainly used for binding revolving armature. R

(1) The wire shall be tested in accordance with 9.2 and the determined tensile strength shall conform to Table 2-1 or Table 2-2. Table 2- 1.

(3) The wire shall be subjected to the torsion test specified in 9.4 and the conditions of torsion and ruptu

Size with Tolerances The size and tolerances of the wire shall be as specified below. (1) The diameter of wire shall conform to Table 4. Table 4. Diamete

17、coating of uniform thickness (about 0,002 mm), fit for adequate soldering without use of acid solvent, and free from exfoliation even when subjected to a straining apparatus during binding work. 7, Materials Wire rods to be used as the wire core shall be of the austenite system specified in JIS G 43

18、08 Stainless Steel Wire Rod, and tin base metal to be used for coating shall be class 2 quality specified in JIS H 2108 Tin Metal or better. 1 8, Method of Manufacture The material wire shall first undergo a solution treatment, then strong wire drawing, and lastly tin hot dipping. Test - 9.1 Sampl

20、ing of Test Pieces Take, as a rule, one torsion test piece and one close contact bending test piece from each length and one permeability test piece from each lot of the same heat, heat treatment and size as the product. 9.2 Tension Test The tension test shall be as follows. 23、 same direction until it ruptures while keeping the test piece -sufficiently taut, and then examine the conditions of torsion and the ruptured face. 9.5 Permeability Test Using a test piece 200 mm or more in length, measure the relative permeability by the null method or other suitable methods. 10.
