Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the accuracy for bevel gears() hereinafter referred to as the ”ge

3、ars”, of O. 4 to 25 mm in outer transverse module and 3 to 1600 mm in outer pitch circle diameter. 5 Note (I) This standard covers straight, skew and spiral bevel gears. Remark: This standard may apply to hypoid gears, as appropriate. 2. Definitions For the purposes of this standard, following defin

4、itions apply: (1) single pitch error A value subtracted by its correct pitch from an actual pitch of adjacent teeth on the pitch circle at mean cone distance. (2) pitch variation An absolute value of difference of adjacent two pitches on the pitch circle at mean cone distance. (3) accumulative pitch

5、 error A value subtracted by its correct value from sum of actual values of pitches between two arbitrary teeth on the pitch circle at mean cone distance. (4) runout The maximum difference of positions in the vertical direction of pitch cone, when a contacting piece of ball and the like is being tou

6、ched nearby the pitch circle to both side tooth faces of the space at mean cone distance. 3.
