3、word This translation has been made based on the original Japanese Industrial Standard revised by the Minister of International Trade and Industry through deliberations at the Japanese Industrial Standards Committee in accordance with the Industrial Standardization Law. Consequently JIS C 2307 : 199

4、5 is replaced with JIS C 2307 : 1999. In this revision, conformity with the International Standard corresponding to this Standard IEC 60554-3-1 Specification for cellulosic papers for electrical purposes-Part 3 : Specifications for individual materials- Sheet 1 : General purpose electrical paper was

5、 intended, and the specifica- tions for general purpose electrical papers of types 1.1 to 1.4 stated in the above International Standard have been adopted in this Standard. The types 1.5 to 1.7 stated in the International Standard have been specified in JIS C 2303 Insulating tissue papers and the ty

6、pe 1.8 in JIS C 2304 Coil insulating papers. 10、d based on IEC 60554-3-1 Specification for cellulosic papers for electrical purposes-Part 3 : Speci- fications for individual materials-Sheet 1 : General purpose electrical paper published in 1979 as the first edition in such a manner that the insulating paper for electric power cables specified in

11、the former Japanese Industrial Standard are specified in the text and the specifications in the corresponding International Standard (types 1.1 to 1.4) which cover the area of above JIS are adopted as the Annex. 1 Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies electrical insulating papers, especi

12、ally for electrical cables (hereafter referred to as “papers”). In this Standard, specifications in either of the text or the Annex are applicable for a product consistently and it is not allowed to select or mix at ones own discre- tion the corresponding specification items and the contents stated

13、in the said both parts. Remarks : The International Standard corresponding to this Standard is given below. IEC 60554-3-1 : 1979 Specification for cellulosic papers for electrical purposes-Part 3 : Specifications for individual materials-Sheet 1 : General purpose electrical paper The IEC Standard nu

14、mber is based on the new numbering sys- tem of IEC Standards put in force on January 1st 1997, and the Standard published before the said date is numbered by adding 60000 to the former number. 22、cedure shall follow 2 (i) of JIS C 2111. 6 . 2 Test conditions The test conditions shall be as specified in 3 of JIS C 2111. 6 . 3 Test methods The test methods shall be as stated below. a) Dimensional test The dimensional test shall follow 5 . 1 . 2 (2) and 5 . 3 of JIS C 2111. The thickness shall

23、be measured at 5 positions. b) Density test The density test shall follow 6 (2) of JIS C 2111. c) Tensile strength and elongation tests The tensile strength and elongation tests shall follow 7 of JIS C 2111. d) e) Moisture content test The moisture content test shall follow 8 of JIS C 2111. Ash cont

24、ent test The ash content test shall follow 9 of JIS C 2111. 0 f) Conductivity of aqueous extract test The conductivity of aqueous extract test shall follow 10 (i) of JIS C 2111. g) Air permeability test The air permeability test shall follow 12 (i) of JIS C 2111. h) Dielectric dissipation factor tes

25、t The dielectric dissipation factor test shall follow 18 of JIS C 2111. In this test, the drying temperature shall be 120 ? 5 O C and the temperature of electrodes shall be 120 f 1 OC. 7 Inspection The inspection shall be carried out for the items prescribed below in accordance with the test methods

26、 of 6, and the results shall comply with the pro- visions of 4 and 5. Some parts of items may, however, be omitted subject to the agreement between the parties concerned with acceptance. a) Dimensions b) Density c) Tensile strength and elongation e d) Moisture content e) Ash content f) Conductivity

31、- 5 C 2307 : 1999 Annex (normative) IEC insulating papers for electric power cables Introduction This Annex has been prepared based on the International Standard IEC 60554-3-1 Specification for cellulosic papers for electrical purposes-Part 3 : Specifications for individual materials-Sheet 1 : Gener

32、al purpose electrical paper in such a manner that the insulating papers of types 1.1 to 1.4 stated in the above International Standard, which are corresponding to the specifications of this text, are adopted without modification of technical contents. The portions underlined with dots in this Annex

33、show the matters not stated in the corresponding International Standard. 1 Scope to 1.4 specified in Annex Table 1 (hereafter referred to as “papers”). This Annex specifies the requirements for insulating papers of types 1.1 0 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which,
