3、e Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry through deliberations at the Japanese Industrial Standards Committee, as the result of proposal for revision of Japanese Industrial Standard submitted by Japan Fluid Power Association (JFPA)/ Japanese Standards Association (JSA) with the draft being attached

4、, based on the provision of Article 12 Clause 1 of the Industrial Standardization Law applicable to the case of revision by the provision of Article 14. Consequently JIS B 8358 : 1995 is replaced with this Standard. In the revision this time, the standard has been reviewed overall and transformed to

5、 a standard of test method and, as a result, range of use, classification, name of parts, materials, construction, shape and dimen- sions, appearance, and performance are deleted. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some parts of this Standard may conflict with a patent right, application for

6、 a patent after opening to the public, utility model right or application for registration of utility model after opening to the public which have technical properties. 13、ydraulic fluid power-Bladder type accumulators-Test methods 1 This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the test methods of the bladder type accumulators used for hydraulic fluid system (hereafter referred to as “accu- mulators”). Scope 2 Normative references The following standards contain provis

14、ions which, through reference in this Standard, constitute provisions of this Standard. The most recent editions of the standards (including amendments) indicated below shall be applied. 19、st, the following tests shall be carried out for the newly designed accumulators and considered to be newly designed accumulators as a re- sult of design changes. 21、bladder. Destructive test of accumulator body Repeated performance test of accumulator Discharge flow rate test of accumulator b) c) d) 5 . 2 Acceptance test In the acceptance test, the following tests shall be carried out for the accumulators of the same type as those the performance of which has b

22、een confirmed upon completing the type test. The testing items and the standard values in each test, however, may be changed in accordance with the agreement between the parties concerned. a) b) c) Performance test of accumulator Air leakage identifying (flaw identifying test) of bladder Pressure pr

23、oof test of accumulator body 6 Test methods 6 . 1 Type test a) Physical test of bladder The tests shall be as follows: i) Tensile test of bladder The tensile test of the rubber used for the blad- der is carried out in accordance with JIS K 6251. The test piece is sampled from the bladder or the stan

24、dard test piece, either of which is used. Oil pressure resistance test of bladder The oil pressure resistance test of the rubber used for the bladder is carried out in accordance with JIS K 6258 and the oil for test shall be No. 1 or No. 3 and, in addition, the im- mersion test condition shall be 70

25、 h at 100 “C+1 OC. At this time, the tests on the change of tensile strength and elongation are carried out in accordance with JIS K 6251 and the hardness test is done in accordance with JIS K 6253. Low temperature test of bladder The low temperature test of the rubber used for the bladder is carrie

26、d out in accordance with JIS K 6261. 2) 3) b) Destructive test of accumulator body The accumulator from which the blad- der is removed is filled with water and the destructive test pressure obtained by the following formula is applied through the oil supply and exhaust mouth to confirm that it is no

31、essure (oil pressure) 1 d) Discharge flow rate test of accumulator In the test, the accumulator is filled with gas so as to be in compliance with the gas pressure specified in table 2 and the gas is varied with the working pressure (oil pressure) specified in table 2 to measure discharge time and di

32、scharged volume. Table 2 Discharge flow rate test condition Unit : MPa (gauge pressure) 6.2 Acceptance test a) Electric leakage in bladder (flow identification) test Air pressure is ap- plied so that the bladder expands exceeding the nominal capacity and, after con- firming that no harmful flaws are

33、 in any parts, the bladder shall be examined for air leakage. The air leakage shall be confirmed by immersing the bladder in a state filled with air into a water tank at least for 5 min or coating the foam liquid specified in JIS Z 2329 on the overall surface of bladder. Pressure resistance test of

34、accumulator body The accumulator from which the bladder has been removed shall be filled with water, a pressure 1.5 times the maximum working pressure shall be applied from the oil supply and ex- haust mouth, keep the pressure at least for 5 min and confirm that there is no abnormality in any parts.

36、 test of accumulator The accumulator shall be filled with gas so as to satisfy the gas pressure given in table 3 and the test shall be carried out at the working pressure (oil pressure) specified in table 3. Besides, the filler gas shall be confirmed not to leak before or during the per- formance te
