Basic Requirements of Cranes The basic requirements of the cranes shall be as follows: (1) (2) The particulars of the cranes shall be as indicated in Table 2. The con

13、struction gauge for the travelling cranes and the side and upper clearances of the hook shall conform to Table 3 and Figs. 1 to 3. The clearance between the crane gauge and the construction gauge, and the position of the main trolly wire shall conform to Fig. 1 . The position of the cab and controll

When the main hoist and auxiliary hoist are used at the same time, the total permissible load shall be within the capacity of the main hoist. 2. The power source shall be three phase A-c, and rated voltage of 200 V or

30、 400 V with the frequency of 50 Ha, or 220 V or 400 V with the frequency of 60 Hz. 3. The motor shall be of the enclosed type wound-rotor three phase induction motor for crane use. 4 . The output of motor given shall be used for reference only. Further, the output is considered 40% ED loading t h e

31、for high speed type or 25% for medium speed type and low speed type using rolling bearings. For traversing motor, it is given for the maximum span. 5. 38、 consideration of the deflection. (2) For high speed type crane specified in this standard shall generally be provided with camber. a camber need not be provided for when the span is less than 20 m. (3) The value of camber shall be measured from horizontal base line at the centre of the girder on th

39、e full scale drawing for manufacture at the factory. The girder shall be manufactured with the necessary camber and assembled in that state on the ground. When the girder is assembled with the trolley on the running rail, the camber will decrease slightly under its self weight. For the medium speed

(I) (2) The maximum wheel load P shall conform to Reference Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The par

41、allel and horizontal load PL to running rail shall conform to Reference Fig. 2, It is based on running braking, acceleration, etc., and acts on the running rail through the driving wheel, PL = O. 15 P, The load right angle to running rail and horizontal load PS shall conform to Reference Fig, 2. The
