Scope This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies tin coated hard-drawn copper wires of circular section, hereinafter referred to as the Wiresit, to be used mainly
5、for the conductor in the insulated wires and cables. L 1 -. Remark: In this standard, units and numerical values in accordance with the International System of Units (SI) and are given for reference. are in 2. Symbol The symbol of the wires is given as TH. 3. Characteristics The characteristics of t
6、he wires shall be as given in Attached Table. the tinning property, the colour of the test solution shall be not darker than that of the standard solution, when tested in accordance with 7.5. 9、ial and Working Methods The wires shall be unifordy tin coated on the surkce of the hard-drawn copper wires specied in 51s C 3101. 7, Testing Methods r+ 7.1 Appearance Test The appearance test shall be conducted in accordance with 3 . of JIS C 3002. 7 . 2 Size (Dimension Test) The dimension test sha
10、ll be conducted in accordance with 4 . of 315 C 3002. U 7.3 Tensile Strength and Elongation Tests The tensile strength and elonga- tion tests shall be conducted in accordance with 5. of JIS C 3002. 7 . 4 Conductivity Test The conductivity test shall be conducted in accordance with 6 . of JIS C 3002,
11、 7.5 Tiruling Test The tinning test shall be conducted in accordance with 8. (2) of JIS C 3002. 8 e Inspection The inspection of the wires shall be made on the following items by the testing methods specified in 7. and shall comply with the requirements of 3., 4. , 5, and 6. However, the tinning tes
12、t of the wires shall be conducted if there occurs any doubt about the result of the appearance test of the wires in 7.1, or by agreement befxeen the parties concerned. 13、es shall be coiled in a bundle or wound on the bobbin by each length, and shall be packed suitably so as not to be damaged in transportation. net mass of one coil shall comply with Table 1 with the exception of the case where agreed upon between the parties concerned.
