4、Pfi ngsten Road Northbrook, IL 60062-2096 UL Standard for Safety for Overfi lling Prevention Devices, UL 2227 Second Edition, Dated February 16, 2007 Summary of Topics This new edition of ANSI/UL 2227 includes the following changes: Revisions to paragraphs 3.1, 5.1, 5.5, 5.8, 7.1, 8.5, 8.6, 10.3, 12
5、.1, 19.1 and 26.1 to clarify the requirements; Addition of the Liquid Withdrawal Test and addition of paragraph 5.12 to reference this test; Addition of the Commercial Propane Compatibility Test and addition of paragraph 6.11 to reference this test; Addition of the Impact Resistance (Drop Test); and
6、 Addition of the BTU Flow Rating Test. UL Standards for Safety are developed and maintained in the Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML). SGML - an international standard (ISO 8879-1986) - is a descriptive markup language that describes a documents structure and purpose, rather than its physic
7、al appearance on a page. Due to formatting differences resulting from the use of ULs new electronic publishing system, please note that additional pages (on which no requirements have been changed) may be included in revision pages due to relocation of existing text and reformatting of the Standard.
