1、高科技园建筑组群空间形态构成研究 高科技园建筑组群空间形态构成研究 A Study on the Formation and Composition of Building Combination of High-tech Park 【中文摘要】 伴随着高科技园的蓬勃发展,在规划和建筑界对高科技园这种新的空间模式的研究也深入进行。本文从高科技园建筑组群空间这一角度来探讨其个性的建筑空间造型,形成在实践中用以指导高科技园空间设计的理论基础,从而能构建出功能联系紧密、空间布局合理、交通流线清晰、环境景观优美的高科技园区,同时还可以达到节约用地、提高效率、结合科技发展规律利用资源的目的。本文共分为五
2、个章节:第一章绪论主要论述了高科技园发展的现状,阐述其建筑组群空间形态研究的目的和意义,同时展示全文的结构框架;第二章针对本文的论点提出相关的理论基础,也从理论的角度明晰了高科技园空间组群形态设计与城市设计、建筑设计的关系;第三章从外因的角度分析高科技园组群空间与环境和地形的关系,同时从居住建筑、工业建筑和公共建筑这三个方面来阐述高科技园建筑组群空间形态的统一性原则及其对比、变化、渗透和层次等空间变化方法;第四章首先阐述高科技园组群空间的设计原则,然后从空间轴线、交通体系、空间界面、空间联系体和空间环境这五个方面来细述其构成方法,并且从连续性、整体性和层次性这三个角度来分析其空间造型;第五章为
3、实例分析,文章分别以北京中关村西区高科技园和湖南省公安厅户政高科技园为例,进行高科技园建筑组群空间的具体研究分析。文章提出高科技园设计作为一种规划、建筑、城市设计层面的创作活动所存在的一些问题,并从类型学与形态学结合的角度对其进行合理有效的分析,对高科技园建筑组群空间形态构成设计提出具有建设性的研究建议。 【英文摘要】 With the vigorous development of high-tech park, the research on high-tech park, a new model of the space research deepened at the same tim

This paper discusses the individualized building space modeling from the perspective of the building combination, which can form the theoretical basis to guide the space design of high-tech park in practice and is closely linked to the building of high-tech park of multifunction, reasonable layou
5、t, clear traffic flow line and beautiful landscape. Meanwhile, the land conservation, efficiency improvement, usage of resources guided by the laws of science and technology development can be achieved.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one introduces the status of the development of
6、high-tech park; explains the significance of the research of the space of building combination; and presents the framework of the full text. Chapter two provides the theoretical basis for the arguments of this paper; clarifies the relationship among the design of the space of building combination, u
7、rban design and architectural design. The third chapter elaborates the relationship between the space of building combination and the environment and terrain from the external point of view; explains the unity principle and the contrast changes, infiltration and the level of spatial variation method
8、 from three aspects: residential buildings, industrial buildings and public buildings. Chapter four explicates design principle of the space of building combination and discusses the components of space from the axis of space, transportation systems, space interface, contact space and the space envi
9、ronment; it further explains spatial shape from continuity, integrity and level of space. Chapter five is the detailed analysis of the space of building combination of Western District of Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, and the Science and Technology Park of Household Registration
