4、iatives to combat this issue. First, the legislation of the prohibition of programmes with sexual or aggressive contents on both the mainstream and alternative media should be enacted. This is proved that these materials could culminate in some mental impairments in viewers, especially those at the
5、young age, which is connected to their propensity for crime commissions in the future. In addition, governments should incentivise some outsourcing investment activities. This suggests a causal relationship with the construction of many highly-industrial parks with manufacturing factories, offering

For instance, when youngsters are aware of harsh punishments given after committing crimes, they will have to think twice before getting into troubles because they now fear of the consequences. Secondly, govern
12、ments can improve public security system by adding more surveillance cameras and police officers on the street. Such method will greatly reduce the crimes committed not only by the youth but also by older people.In conclusion, I believe teaching parenting skills is not the best method to reduce youth crimes. Instead, such method needs to combine with a few other ways to effectively tackle the problem.
