15、现场文明施工，包括作业面、加工面的文明施工、周转钢筋堆码整齐；非 周转钢筋及清运至甲方指定地点。 4)、配合施工员进行测量和放线；混凝土施工时派人值班。 5)、临时设施、化粪池及零星构件钢筋、含井吊基础、周转材料的二次搬运。 6)、本工程为公司重点工程，工期紧、质量要求高、本工程要求钢筋严格按规 范要求（制、安、绑扎、 ）一次达到验收合格。 ）现场安全文明施工、工程质量进度、材料损耗、楼层卫生等；结算折扣 （按结算建筑面积2 元/m2） ，该款项由项目部审核后作最终结算。 ） 、达标文明工地的临时用工。 3.2、机械、工具、器具和材料 relationship, establishe d eq

22、由乙方负责提供准确计划，由甲方供应至现场， 乙 方必须完善领料手续，使用完扣除损耗后如数归还甲方。对上述材料作如下要求另 作补充协议。 、工程承包单价：（按承包范围的所有内容进行计算） 钢筋工程叁拾肆（ .00 元/m 2） ，按车间主体（施工蓝图）建筑面积计（计 算方法按国家现行规范进行计算） 。 本工程为BT 工程（全额垫资工程），结算每月按工程进度结算，本工程春节 前不考虑解决工资。工程款支付按建设方付款情况协商支付。 、工期要求：按建设方要求执行。 、甲、乙双方必须根据建筑市场要求和施工现场的具体实际情况，在满足施工工 序的情况下，科学合理的制定现场施工进度表，并督促劳务人员按设计图纸

29、1, size 2, table .和 行工程质量验收。 3、 乙方必须按设计图纸、 施工规范、各级质量部门及项目部技术交底要求施工。 4、甲方质量主管对乙方的工程质量等级有评定权，项目经理有最终评定权。 对 达不到约定条件（设计、规范要求）的部份，甲方有权要求乙返工，并在规定时间 内完成，直到检查验收合格为止，如果再达不到要求的，乙方承担违约责任。 坚持工程质量标准， 严格按照设计图纸及相关变更、施工验收规范， 相关技术 要求及施工组织设计精心组织施工， 确保工程质量达到约定的标准。工程质量要求， 一次性通过验收。 第三条、安全生产、文明施工： 甲、乙双方对施工现场的安全生产、文明施工共同监
30、督管理。 、加强全体人员的安全教育，认真执行安全技术规范，严格遵守安全制度，落实 安全措施，确保施工安全。 、加强施工现场的管理，严格执行建设主管部门及环保、消防、环卫等有关部门 对施工现场的管理规定、做到文明施工。 、乙方进入施工现场必须服从甲方的管理和指挥，严格按照安全文明施工要求作 业，按甲方要求按质按量按工期完工。 、对有违反以下项目的乙方作业人员，甲方有权作出处罚。 、进入施工作业现场不按规定佩戴安全用具的每次罚款50.00 元 、在施工现场内吵骂、斗殴者每人每次罚款000.00 元，并勒令出场。 、乙方作业人员禁止在施工现场随地大小便，如有违反者每人每次罚款500.00 元。 re

37、以内，超出部份由乙方自己承担。 、整个施工现场必须无三乱现象，即：施工现场混乱、材料乱堆乱放、乱使用材 料。 、本条未尽事宜， 甲方有权按公司或项目部其它有关安全文明施工规定作出处罚。 、施工期间乙方发生的一切安全事故由乙方全权负责，与甲方无任何关系。 、对乙方人员违反补充协议的，按协议条款执行 第四条、甲方的权利和义务： 1、甲方根据施工现场的规模及生产进度计划，提前通知乙方组织劳务人员进入现 场。 2、劳务人员进入施工现场后，甲方根据现场情况对乙方进行安全生产教育和安全 监督，交待注意事项， 提出工作要求， 并及时安排工作提供必要的生活、工作条 件。 3、在施工过程中，甲方人员不得违章指挥

45、自主缴纳社会保险，失业保险和医疗保险。 9、甲方应按进度提供一切施工材料，并提前到位。 第五条、乙方的权利和义务： 1、乙方应根据甲方的通知，按要求组织劳务人员进入现场为其提供劳务。乙方进 入甲方施工区域的生产人员，应出具本人身份证、特殊工种操作证等有效证件。 2、抓好务工人员的安全生产教育培训，力争做到安全无事故，杜绝重大事故、人 身伤亡事故、机械事故的发生。 3、对务工人员进行法律法规以及规章制度的宣传教育，增强遵纪守法的自觉性、 杜绝刑事案件和治安案件的发生。 4、加强对务工人员的管理、监督和指导，抓好“三宝“、”四口“以及高处作业的 安全范围工作，若出现防护工作不到位或劳务工本人安全意
