1、摘要本工程位于江西省南昌县，建筑总面积约 4232.02 平方米，建筑结构形式为六层砖混结构，建筑总长 63.3 米，总宽 12.9 米，总高 21.8 米。在已有施工图纸的情况下进行施工组织设计，主要包括施工总体部署、施工进度计划管理、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量控制、安全生产保证措施、文明施工措施，并相应的进行了进度计划安排。本施工组织设计是根据施工任务和建筑对象 , 对全部施工活动所作的纲领性安排 , 它具有很强的技术性和综合性 , 对施工过程起到指导和控制作用 , 在一定的资源条件下实现工程项目的技术经济效益。关键词 : 施工方案 ; 进度计划 ; 质量控制 ; 纲领性 ; 技术
