1、学党章活动党课讲稿 学党章活动党课讲稿同志们: 按照中央和省、市委的统一一部署和要求，我们集中利用用三个月的时间，在全县范围围内开展“党员学党章、书记记带头讲党课”活动，目的就就是以党章颁布为契机，通过开展集中党课宣讲，进进一步在全县上下掀起学习党党章、遵守党章、贯彻党章、维护党章的热潮，全面提高高党的建设科学化水平，为跻跻身全国五十强县市、建设现现代化综合新城提供坚强的政政治保障。今天，根据安安排，由我来上一堂党课。在在这里，我就学习贯彻新党章章、保持党的先进性和纯洁性性这一主题，和大家做一个交交流，就我学习过程当中的认认识、理解和思考，与大家一一起分享。一、学习贯彻彻新党章，首要的是把握党
2、章章的新内涵和新特点 党党章是党的总章程，它集中中体现了党的性质和宗旨、党党的理论和路线方针政策、党党的重要主张，规定了党的重重要制度和体制机制，是全党党必须共同遵守的根本行为规规范。没有规矩，不成方圆。简单来讲，党章就是党的根根本大法，是全党上下必须共共同遵守的“党内宪法”。去去年11月，党的十八大从新新世纪新阶段世情、国情和党党情的新变化以及党和国家事事业发展的新要求出发，着眼眼于完成改革发展关键时期党党和国家面临的新任务，对党党章作了重要修改，实现了党党章又一次与时俱进。这次党党章修改，共有30处的修正正，它吸收了党的十七大以来来党的重大理论创新和实践发发展成果，是全党意志的反映映和全党
3、智慧的结晶，是中国国共产党党章史上又一座新的的里程碑。我们学习新党章，不仅要了解十八大对党章都都作了哪些修改，更应该了解解文字修改背后的重大意义，牢牢地把握其内涵和特点。通过学习，我总结归纳出六六个“新”： 1、确立了了新的指导思想。新党章首次次将科学发展观同马克思列宁宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平平理论、“x”重要思思想一道确立为党的指导思想想，把科学发展观写在我们党党的旗帜上，是这次党章修改改的最大亮点和最突出的历史史贡献。体现了党指导思想的的与时俱进，必将对全党把思思想和行动统一到科学发展上上来、把科学发展观贯彻落实实到我国社会主义现代化建设设全过程和党的建设各方面。2、体现了新的基本理理论
4、。新党章增写了中国特色色社会主义制度的内容，把中中国特色社会主义道路、中国国特色社会主义理论体系、中中国特色社会主义制度在党章章中完整表述。这样的修改，有利于全党全面理解中国特特色社会主义的科学内涵，深深化对中国特色社会主义的认认识，进一步增强道路自信、理论自信、制度自信，坚定定不移推进中国特色社会主义义伟大事业。在此之前的政治治体制改革过程中，也有社会会其它阶层人士提出，希望让让非公经济人士加入中国共产产党。但原来的党章规定共产产党必须是无产阶级的先锋队队，非公经济可能有剥削成分分，给大家造成了一些思想上上的模糊认识。而新党章对中中国特色社会主义理论体系阐阐述中提出，包括非公经济在在内，都是
5、国家建设的主体，共产党有这个包容心把非公公经济人士吸纳进先锋队，彻彻底地帮我们解决了之前的一一些模糊认识。3、明确确了新的总体布局。新党章明明确把生态文明建设纳入中国国特色社会主义事业总体布局局，并对生态文明建设进行了了阐述，使中国特色社会主义义事业总体布局由我们原来强强调的经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设四位一一体扩展为包括生态文明建设设的五位一体。不仅使中国特特色社会主义事业总体布局更更加完善，使生态文明建设的的战略地位更加明确，而且阐阐明了建设社会主义生态文明明的总要求、指导原则和主要要着力点，是顺应民生的具体体体现，更是建设“美丽中国国”的重要依据，有利于全面面推进中国特色社会主
6、义事业业。改革开放以来，中国取得得了令世人瞩目的成绩和让中中华儿女骄傲的业绩，但是在在发展初期，由于我们对环境境保护、生态保护等方面认识识水平不高，出现了水土污染染、空气污染等问题，严重制制约了未来发展。党中央与时时俱进，提出生态文明建设，提出建设“美丽中国”，对对我国经济持续、科学发展具具有重要意义。省委在贯彻落落实中也提出建设“和谐秀美美江西”，这与建设“美丽中中国”是一脉相承的，是贯彻彻中央精神的现实表现。4、制订了新的战略部署。新党章对经济建设的内容进进行了充实，增写了促进工业业化、信息化、城镇化、农业业现代化同步发展的表述。同同时吸收了发展社会主义民主主政治、发展社会主义先进文文化、
7、构建社会主义和谐社会会取得的新进展、新经验、新新认识。新党章还增写了只有有改革开放，才能发展中国、发展社会主义、发展马克思思主义的内容。这有利于全党党更加深刻认识坚持改革开放放的重大意义，更加自觉、更更加坚定地推进改革开放。中中国30年来的发展成果，正正是得益于邓小平同志在党的的十一届三中全会之后提出的的改革开放战略。前段时间，我们从相关媒体报道中，也也可以了解到我们邻国朝鲜目目前的国民经济发展状况，由由于长期闭关自守，基本上还还处于我国50年代末、600年代初的发展水平，连民众众的温饱问题都没有解决。对对比之下，应该说，中国通过过近年来的改革开放，不仅解解决了人民群众的温饱问题，在生活上逐步
