But relaxation is essential for a healthy mind and body.,英语圆体字,英语圆体字,圆体字是法国的一种书写体，字母的拐角处呈弧形。,ABCD书写,前四个子母中，大写的C，小写的a，c，d与斜体基本无异，只是在连写时多一个连笔。 A的书写从右下起笔，一笔连成。 B从左上
8、起笔，一竖到底，再在右边拐出类似“3”的一笔。 b从右下起笔，与斜体不同，写完一竖后不是向上顺时针补写半圆，而是直接从最下方逆时针补写半圆，收笔时甩出连写的一撇。 D不容易写。先写一竖，拐过弯来勾一个大半圆，最后交在竖上，勾出连写的笔画,EFGH书写,小写的e与g基本无异。 E像写一个倒着的“3”，收笔时画一个圈出去。 F先是一个顿笔，再向右写一个“”，回笔勾下去一竖，向左上挑出，最后加上一横，在右边补写一小竖作为连笔。 f的差别很大。从上一笔的连笔开始向上，再向下写出一竖，画一个扁弧回到原点，再像b一样写出连笔。 G在写完半圆后不是写“”，而是自然地下去，和小写的g相似。 H分两笔。第一笔和
9、“F”类似，第二笔竖着下来后和“A”类似。 h要多加一个连笔，上去后拐出一个小弯后按照斜体书写。,IJKL书写,其中小写的i，j，k，l基本无异，只是在适当的位置加连笔。 I在远处拉出一笔，拐弯下来挑起。 J就像“F”的第一笔。 K连笔之后写竖，右半部分一笔连成，中间是一个小圈。 L也不好写，一笔写成，从左上起笔，拐弯下来，再拐弯向右，拉出连笔。,MNOP书写,大写的MN与小写的mn相似，一大一小而已。 O与o也与斜体差不多，不过要在返回起笔处拉出连笔。 P与p在写右半圆时不要在竖上停笔，而是甩出连笔。,QRST书写,小写的s，t，q也只是加上连笔。 Q像是“2”，很好写，如果自己看着不习惯可
10、以从下面起笔。 R除了加上连笔，右半边就像“K”一样写出一个小圆圈。 r的写法与斜体出入很大。连笔后一短横，再写一个倒着的“3”。 S的连笔从左下角开始，其余无异。 T一个圆圈后写一横再拖下来一竖。,UVWXYZ书写,这四个字母几乎与斜体相同，在此不做过多说明。 U与u就像M与m一样。 写的y是相同的。 Y像是小写y多加了一个卷笔。 Z与z小五也写不好，所以我通常用括号里的写法。,Zz,例文4,How often do you sit still and do absolutely nothing? 12、Stoneheart考据称，花体是“ornamental penmanship”的不当翻译，英文本意为装饰性强的写法，应并不特指一种字体。但在历史使用中“ornamental penmanship”常被用来指称“斯宾塞”体与其变体。“铜板体”和“斯宾塞体”是两种相似的字体，都运用了装饰性的写法。“ornamental penmanship”一词传入中国时，因其概念并不明确，翻译为花体而其所指范围比“ornamental penmanship”范围更大。在中国，花体常被用来指称“铜板体”和“斯宾塞体”。因“圆体”（English Round）在国外亦有时指称“铜板体”而铜板体事实上则是coppe
