1、“直到”你学会until“为止” 主讲人：曾彩霞 2018年1月28日 until既可以用作介词，又可用作连词。作介词时，后面要接具体 的时间；作连词用时，后面要接状语从句。 I shall stay here until the next day. I will keep singing until I get too old to sing. 介词 连词 until 在肯定句中，意为“到为止”谓语动词一般要求是延续的， 如：work，live，stay，study，play，wait等，表示动作一直 延续到until所表示的时间为止。 worklivestaywaitplay until

5、il 从句 主句 Not until until（till)： 直到 为止 not . until ：直到才 易错点： 1.何时用until 和notuntil （从时间轴分析：until用在时间点前、not until用在时间点后） （从中文分析： 看句中中文：until直到 , not until直到才） 2.连词until引导的从句中谓语动词的时态: 主句一般现在时，从句一般现在时/ 现在完成时。 CC doesnt wake up until I come back everyday 主句一般将来时，从句一般现在时/ 现在完成时。 CC wont stop eating until I say “NO”. 主句一般过去时，从句一般过去时/ 过去完成时。 CC didnt go back home until it was dark yesterday. 3.连词until引导的从句中谓语动词的类型: until ：直到为止（肯定句），主句动词必须是延续性动词。 not until 直到才（否定句），主句动词必须是非延续性动词。
