Writing is a kind of comprehensive expression ability . And writing is as the same important as the othe

2、r basic skills . within the communicative framework of language teaching , the skill of writing enjoys special statusit is via writing that a person can communicate a variety of message to close or distant , know or unknown readers. Writing ability belongs to written communication ability .writing c

3、an give a voice to shy students as writing can serve as medium through which less confident students can communicate with their teachers and others . Moreover , writing can be less threatening for anxious students as it gives them time to think about their meaning and purpose written language is a f

4、orm of language communication as same as spoken language . Writing is an important communication ability to use written language . Secondly, cultivating writing ability is one of the English teaching purposes in junior middle school . It is a kind of language skill as the same as listening ,speaking

5、 and reading . The four basic skills are complementary to each other . If one of them is weak , the other three skills will be affected . Developing the writing ability can combine with some activities of listening , speaking and reading . And if the writing ability is improved the other basic skill

6、s have improved enormously . Thirdly , practicing writing makes students master language knowledge exactly . Writing can raise awareness of how language work . Through , writing , students will become familiar with the linguistic and social conventions of writing in English . In the process of learn

7、ing English , whether you practice writing , the results are different obviously . For example through writing to recite new words . Students can remember 91 percent , on the contrary , dont use this method , students only remember 58 percent . Fourthly, writing is an importance way to check teachin

Because of our onesided emphasis on listening and speaking first , It appeared that teachers ignore despise even to cultivate writing ab

13、ility . Finaly , students writing is scratchy and perfunctory and it is hard to distinguish . There are lots mistakes in their works including make sentences , paragraph . And it is more difficult to write whole passage . Even students dont know to write letters , notes and notices . In order to cul

How to improve the junior middle school students English writing ? In my opinion, to improve writing ability , it is very important to improve other abilities . I

We learn English in order to express our ideas appropriately with it . In general , it is not satisfying to learn w

As a junior middle school English teacher , we should penetrate writing in the whole teaching process combining it with the other abilities . According to my a few years English teaching , I think four w

19、ays to improve the writing ability. Methods of improving students writing abilities A , Train students to remember the words and vocabulary . As is know to us all , an article is make up of many words , phrases and vocabulary . The words are to the article what the bricks are to the building . Peopl

20、e all say “ One cannot make bricks without straw .” If you dont know to write eight words in a ten-word sentence, you will not express your idea . So words and vocabulary are very important for students writing ,they are very important and basic for the students . And we all know , any language has

21、the inherent links , English is no exception , nothing more than this link wordphrasesentence. Many students are unable to write , one of the causes is poor vocabulary or phrases , and English expression are really different . So , it really is beyond its capability of students to write sentences .

22、To overcome this difficulty , on the one hand ,teachers are to strengthen the supervision of the students remember the words , on the other hand pay attention to teaching in “ wordsentence ” transition help students remember the words , understanding phrases , and learning the write sentences . for

At the beginning of the school year , teachers must teach students how to remember the words and vocabulary .Remembering according to phon

27、etics , syllables or affixes is more effective for students .Also , teacher should teach students different meaning of each word as well as usages of each meaning and encourage students to remember words and phrase in sentences or texts . So that students can use the words and phrases to write corre

Because students will remember them better if ask students to make simple sentences or conver sentences with the words and phrases.
