It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of captivity. But one hundred years later, we must face the tragic

3、fact that the Negro is still not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. O

4、ne hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition. In a sense we have come to our nations capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wr

5、ote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is obvio

6、us today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked insufficient funds. But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is b

7、ankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check - a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America o

8、f the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all

9、of Gods children. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the Negro. This sweltering summer of the Negros legitimate d

10、iscontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will

11、 be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges. But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold wh

12、ich leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and disci

13、pline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force. The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for

14、 many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone. And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. We cannot turn

15、back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, When will you be satisfied? we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Negr

16、os basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and r

17、ighteousness like a mighty stream. I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the

18、 winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing

19、that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair. I say to you today, my friends, that in spite of the difficulties and frustrations of the moment, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that one day this

20、 nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal. I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slaveowners will be able to sit down together at a table

21、of brotherhood. I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a desert state, sweltering with the heat of injustice and oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice. I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged

22、by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day the state of Alabama, whose governors lips are presently dripping with the words of interposition and nullification, will be transformed into a situation where little black boys and bl

23、ack girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls and walk together as sisters and brothers. I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked plac

With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day. This will be the day when

Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrims pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring. And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true. So let freed

27、om ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania! Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Rockies of Colorado! Let freedom ring from the curvaceous peaks of California! But no

28、t only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia! Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee! Let freedom ring from every hill and every molehill of Mississippi. From every mountainside, let freedom ring. When we let freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every

30、, we are free at last! 宣教部巾帼岗事迹材料辽沈战役纪念馆是全国著名的爱国主义教育示范基地,同时它又是锦州市对外开放的形象窗口单位。宣教部肩负着这个窗口的历史使命,为爱国主义思想的传播者,全年365天接待着来自全国各地的参观者,自1988年开馆至今,共接待观众一千余万人,取得了可喜的成绩,为我市两个文明建设做出了突出贡献 。辽沈战役纪念馆宣教部是一支由十名女同志组成的讲解队伍,长期以来,我们紧紧围绕窗口行业“为观众服务,树行业新风”的宗旨,突出时代主题,唱响爱国主义主旋律,以我们的热情服务和真诚信誉赢得了社会各界的赞誉。2000年和2001年,连续两年被共青团锦州市委命名

31、为锦州市“青年文明号”。2000年被辽宁省文化厅和省博物馆学会授予优秀宣教部。2001年被锦州市委宣传部授予思想政治工作先进集体。2002年被团省委授予“青年文明号”。2003年被共青团锦州市委,市劳动局等多家单位授予“锦州市首届十大杰出青年团队”。辽沈战役纪念馆宣教部历来十分重视职工队伍自身素质的提高。把提高职工文明素质作为一项基础工作常抓不懈。特别是获得省级“青年文明号”之后,就把目标设定在争创全国青年文明号的高度是上。同时,制定了一系列相应的措施,还在大馆门前进行了公示。为方便观众,在展厅前专门设立服务台,为观众安排讲解,引导参观路线、解答解决观众提出的一些问题和困难。一次,一位外地游客

32、跟随沈阳园林旅行社来馆参观过程中,深深地被全景画馆博大的艺术魅力所吸引,延误了集合时间,没有跟上团队的车,当时非常着急,找到了服务台。这时,我们的讲解员贾琦同志一面安慰他不要着急,一面拨通沈阳查号台,了解园林旅行社的电话号,通过电话联络到带团导游员的手机,并自费租车把这名游客送上十几公里的高速公路上。通过公示制活动,充分调动了讲解员的工作积极性和服务热情。使前来的观众,在接受传统教育的同时,也体味着现代文明的精神风范。我们在实施基地讲解过程中,充分利用陈列内容,对观众进行实物讲解,从而达到启迪人生的效果。2000年,一位来自锦州中学的学生,听到讲解员讲述的一件棉被心,在革命先辈身上竟穿了38年

33、,补了32块补丁,深受感动,她说:“当年战士打仗那么苦,我却身在福中不知福,经常向妈妈要吃的、要穿的,比起他们,我觉得十分愧疚。”一位来自工读学校的学生,当他听到讲解员讲述一位年仅十六岁的小英雄为了人民的解放事业英勇牺牲的故事后,含着泪说:“那些烈士都很小,但他们的事迹很伟大,我出去以后一定好好做人,报效国家。”在发挥基地教育的同时,我们还拓展服务领域,由原来的阵地讲解,发展成内外相结合的宣传模式,组成辽沈馆演讲报告团,深入机关、工厂、学校、部队、社区、乡村作巡回报告,大力弘扬革命传统和爱国主义、革命英雄主义精神。从1988年至2002年14年的时间里共讲解10万余场,做演讲报告5千余场。她们

34、还跟随我馆举办的辽沈决战大型巡回展览走遍了省内14个城市及内蒙古自治区的赤峰市、黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市。历时一年时间,特别是2000年在赤峰展出时,正值冬季,寒风呼啸,大雪纷飞,因当地条件所限,讲解员只能在空场上讲解,有的女讲解员不顾身孕,呕吐和寒冷坚持工作。当她们看到牧区的孩子们整整齐齐地站在雪地上,认认真真地听着每一句讲解时,严寒和冰雪顿时转化成热情的火焰。她们最多的一天接待观众44批,讲解44场,每人讲解时间近5个小时,创造了讲解场次和讲解时间的纪录,受到了观众的热烈欢迎和高度赞扬。宣教部同辽宁大学、大连海军舰艇学院、北京国防大学等30多个单位建立了教学基地关系,共同研究、探索教学内容,丰富

35、了精神文明建设的内容和形式,收到了明显的成效。多年来,辽沈战役纪念馆宣教部始终贯彻着“以业务建设为中心,全面提高服务水平,争创窗口行业排头兵”这条主线,加强对职工的业务培训,大兴学习之风,取得了可喜的成绩。讲解员是这支队伍的主流,每天肩负着繁重的任务,没有过硬的专业技能满足不了人们日益提高的精神文化需求。所以,近两年我们在观众流量小的时候,结合本部门实际,外请专业老师,对讲解员进行包括文明礼仪、语言、形体等方面的辅导、培训,还鼓励支持她们在职攻读本科学历,开辟多语种讲解,如英语、哑语等,使她们吸收更丰富的营养,并在实际工作中得到应用与发挥。1996年,在民政部举办的首届全国烈士纪念建筑物保护单

36、位讲解员演讲大赛中李曼荣获一等奖;1997年,李曼在东北三省“庆香港回归”讲解比赛中获一等奖;1999年和2001年教雅波和安恕同志分别被评为省优秀讲解员;2001年,李曼在“延安杯”全国文博系统讲解员讲解大赛中获一等奖,为辽宁省争得了荣誉,省文化厅还专门向全省文博系统发送了向李曼同志学习的文件。同年11月份,在我市举行的“铁通杯”锦州市首届青年形象大使的评选中,我部参评的五位选手在八十位参评选手中脱影而出,分获金奖、银奖、铜奖、最佳才艺奖和优秀奖的好成绩。1999年,在北京举办的庆祝“中华人民共和国成立五十周年大型成果展”活动中,辽沈战役纪念馆宣教部的李曼、贾琦、教雅波、安恕被特别邀请参加了

37、这次活动,并在现场进行了实地讲解,受到了中宣部、文化部等部委领导的好评。辽沈战役纪念馆宣教部,坚持服务于社会的宗旨,深入贯彻、落实市委市政府、纪念馆党委的指示精神,积极开展工作。在我市争创全国文明城市的活动中,宣教部的讲解员积极融入这场洪流中,与市交警支队共建,支持畅通工程,走上街头发放宣传单,和交警一起站岗、值勤。宣教部还积极开展军民共建活动。几年来,先后与65631、65659、93356、91065、92941等部队建立了共建关系,紧密围绕“学雷锋、树新风”和“希望工程”等主题开展活动,增进军民鱼水深情,不断拓展精神文明创建活动渠道,形成了军民共创“全国双拥模范城”的好势头。为我市的双拥

38、工作做出了突出贡献。辽沈战役纪念馆宣教部,以弘扬爱国主义为旋律,充分发挥先锋作用,注重自身建设,不断拓宽服务领域,在营造一流的讲解、一流的服务上下功夫,取得了一些可喜的成绩。今年,辽沈战役纪念馆经省政府批准,投入六千万对该馆进行彻底改造。十月份,新馆将落成。落成后的纪念馆将以崭新的面貌展现在世人面前。这对我们的工作是极大的鞭策和鼓舞,我们将一如既往地做好工作,服务于观众,服务于社会,为两个文明做出我们的贡献,让社会各界满意。 本人王刚,行政部保安员。入职时间2018年10月8日。至今已在银泰的大家庭中度过了三个多月的时间。能够来到银泰工作。在这个充满关 怀,充满愉悦氛围的大家庭中,我感到很荣幸

40、,在员工进场前到达指定地点进行开门启店。 2、启店过程中严格要求,并且检查工牌的佩戴情况,禁止其他人进入卖场。及时做出相关的纪录,并上报主管。 3、每天闭店按时对各个楼层的门进行锁闭,并且确认无误后方可继续进行。以确保夜间的商场安全。 4、闭店时做到确定楼层无顾客时方可继续至下一层,如有专柜盘点人员,及时通知夜间值班人员看守三、按时检查商场消防安全隐患 1、每周定期在主管的带领下对商场进行消防安全检查,并及时做好纪录。 2、巡场期间随时发现问题随时进行通知并整改。 3、定期对商场的消防设施设备进行检验并且登记。 4、遇到消防设施设备损坏的情况下,及时与主管汇报。四、在岗期间发现的不足以及改正的方向 经过这几个月的工作和磨练,虽然做出了些许的贡献,但依然存在着很多不足。需要及时的改正。努力改正懒惰懒散的现象,严格按照公司的要求规范自己。认真听从领导和主管的工作安排,并且迅速的去完成工作任务。在岗期间规范自己的仪容仪表和言行举止。做到礼貌、得体、大方。做到眼疾手快,做好自己分内工作的同时,协助其他部门做好工作。在接下来的一年中。我会努力学习,不断完善自己的不足之处。在工作中请领导和主管对我进行监督。如有不对之处请领导和主管对我进行批评、教育。我一定虚心接受。 15 / 15
