1、a large number of和 a large amount of的区别a large number of和 a large amount of都是“许多，大量”的意思，但它们修饰的词不同。a large number of +可数名词复数；a large amount of+不可数名词 ( 且是无生命的名词）。如：There are a large number of people in the station .车站里有许多人。She spent a very large amount of money yesterday.她昨天花了好大一笔钱.注：英语里的“许多”还有许多。只能修饰
