5、ion and regression tree algorithm建筑能耗数据包含了建筑运行阶段的一切信 息，而研究异常建筑能耗可以分析建筑在管理及 使用方式上的不合理之处，有利于优化管理方案， 从而达到节能的目的国内外很多学者对建筑异 常能耗的自动检测方法进行了研究.如 D0DIER研究了基于神经网络算法的异常能耗 分析方法，首先利用神经网络算法预测能耗，而后计算预测值与实际值的比率，比率过大或过小的 能耗值即为异常点.SEEM利用统计方法设置 了阈值，大于或小于该阈值的数据即为异常数据.
