2、职位人员的责任与义务PROCEDURES 程序：Job Summary/ 岗位概述To responsible for the upkeep and repairs of building facilities which include furniture, wall covering, upholstery, wood works, flooring, paint works & Vanishing, masonry, and all decorative fixtures, etc. for all guestrooms and public areas.员工要及时进行维护饭店设
3、施维修工作，包括酒店内家具，墙纸，室内装修，木装饰，地板，墙面漆，石器和装饰物等情况。Duties & Responsibilities/职责义务1. To execute scheduled guestrooms and public areas building maintenance as per specified standard.按照标准定期进行客房和公共区域维护工作。2. Perform all other duties which may be assigned by the Chief engineer or any other authorized engineer
4、.完成总工程师或指定工程师分配的工作。3. To practice GSS during course of duty在工作中执行顾客满意标准。4. To maintain clean work place & storage area.保持工作区域和储存区域的清洁。5. To strictly adhere to fire and life safety regulations.严格执行防火和人身安全规定。6. To perform assigned task under emergency situations. 在紧急情况下完成指定工作。7. Maintain all tools

Able to read blueprint. 能够阅读图纸。3 Basic M&E skills基础机电技能Education/教育: Vocational institute in building maintenance. 专业职业学校毕业。Experience/经验: Min. 5 years in building maintenance trades or interior renovation. 至少5年建筑维修经验或内部装修经验。Well verge with the local building codes熟悉当地建筑条例
