Installation procedure 安装过程Following major components should be installed during the procedure:过程中主要安装以下主要部件：-Anchor Bracket支撑架2.1. ck roller滚轮-Lifting cylinder顶
5、升缸-Hydraulic cylinder伸缩缸-Control Console控制台These components should be installed successively.应依次安装上列组件。2.2. Preparation before installation 安装前准备Check the equipment component 、 s installation bolt, etc.清点各设备组件、安装螺栓等。Lifting equipments shall be prepared according to lifting procedure.根据吊装工艺要求 准备好吊装设备
6、。Ensure all lifting items are certified.保证所有吊具合格。Ensure sufficient lay down and access areas for all aspects of installation.保证安装位置各个方向均有足够的下放及通道区域。Move all obstacles from the area.清除工作区域的障碍物。Protect all unconnected electrical cable with suitable tape and label.用胶带及标签固 定好电缆。Protect hydraulic pipe wo
7、rk with unconnected ends by sealing the ends to prevent the ingress of foreign contaminants. All temporarily disconnected cables and hoses to be tied back securely. Any cutting or removal of cable / hose supports should be re-instated after completion of installation。密封好液压管路的端口，以防进入脏物，所以临时未固定的电缆及软管应
8、固定好，直至设备安装完毕才能解除固定。Protect paintwork from scuffing of ropes, slings, etc, with padding.Use pad pieces, spreaders and pack ing as required保护设备表层油漆，防止与绳索等擦碰产生磨损。A visual inspection of the equipment shall be performed prior to any installation. This inspection will verify proper assembly and integrity
9、of all equipment. All pieces of equipment installed above 6 feet (1.8 meters) in height shall also be inspected for proper secondary retention of all fasteners.设备安装前应进行外观检查，用以确认设备装配情况及完整性。所有安装高度在6 feet (1.8m) 以上的设备必须检查2.3. Lifting procedure 吊装过程2.3.1. Lifting Equipment Required:吊装设备要求：Track roller-m

11、t 安装支承架Lift the An chor bracket onto the rail the 4 corn ers, Make sure grease was bestrewed on the rail, And both side space between the side plate and rail is no more than 6mm.(see Figure A).将支撑架吊到轨道的四个角上。保证轨道上涂好润滑油脂。安装时保证支撑架两侧边板与轨道 的间距不大于6mm(见图A)。24 1 nstall Pressure Intensifier 安装增压器In stall the

15、the rail central line in the vertical view.将滚轮和顶升缸安装到支撑架上，保证顶升缸中心线与轨道中心线一致Connect the Bore side of horizontal hydraulic cylinder to the anchor bracket by the pin and keep plate, Then use substitute pin connect the ROD side to the fixed bracket(will provide by RO),then weld the bracket to the Drill F
