1、龙源期刊网 卡介菌多糖核酸雾化吸入防治脑瘫患儿反复 上呼吸道感染疗效观察作者：魏明香 来源：中国医药科学 2012 年第 14 期摘要 目的 探讨卡介菌多糖核酸雾化吸入及肌肉注射两种给药方式治疗脑瘫患儿反复呼 吸道感染的疗效。 方法 将 60 例反复呼吸道感染脑瘫患者分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用卡 介菌多糖核酸注射液肌肉注射治疗。观察组采用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液雾化吸入治疗。 结果 观察组总有效率 90.00%，与对照组的86.67 %相比，差异无统计学意义(P 0.05 )。观察组依从率为76.67%，高于对照组的46.67%，差异有统计学意义(Pv 0.05)。结论 卡介菌多糖 核酸注射液

4、with cerebral palsy were divided into the observation group and the control group. Control group were treated with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid intramuscular injection. The observation group were treated with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid aerosol inhalation. Results Compared with 86.67%
5、 of the control group,the total efficiency of the observation group was 90%.There was no significant difference (P 0.05). Compliance rates of the observation group 76.67% ,which was better than 46.67% in the control group.There was significant difference (P v 0.05). Conclusion Its good efficacy that
