12、工程设计和施工组织等实际问题的能力，熟悉工程设计工作的一般程序、方法。 2、培养学生懂得工程技术工作中所必须的全局观念和经济观点，掌握、了解建筑结构和施工的各项技术、经济指标的来源及功用，设计中应树立理论联系实际的、踏实正确的的设计思想，保持严格认真的科学工作作风。 3、培养学生调查研究、综合分析思考能力，以及查阅技术文献、资料和手册、拟定设计方案、计算、绘图和编写设计说明书的能力。通过设计，要求学生在教师指导下，独立完成所分担的课题的全部内容。二、设计题目多层住宅小区工程施工组织课程设计三、施工条件1、该工程为衡阳市某单位新建的职工住宅小区，小区内共有15栋住宅楼；每栋为二个单元，6层，每层
13、高3.0米。砖墙承重结构，内、外墙均为240mm，隔断墙120mm；单元四大角、楼梯间及楼梯间两侧墙、内外墙交接处均设置抗震组合柱；每层设置圈梁；楼板为混凝土圆孔板；屋顶为加气混凝土屋面板，预制混凝土挑檐板。屋面为二毡三油防水。外墙为干粘石面层，内墙为20mm水泥砂浆抹面，顶板勾缝喷浆，楼面为普通地面。木门，铝合金窗。2、区内地势较高，基本不受地下水的影响，全年气候条件均适宜一般性土建安装施工。3、小区位于茂名路与官山三路交叉处，区内地势平坦，业主征用土地较多，土建施工临时设施布置场地只在东、南方向受茂名路与官山三路约束控制，西、北方向可以较自由安排。4、本工程基础为刚性基础，天然地基。室内外
14、高差0.6m。基础持力层为粉质粘土，地基上为450mm厚3:7灰土，砖砌大放脚，基底标高2.4m，0.9m处为一道钢筋混凝土圈梁。5、施工所需要的人力、材料及设备均可以按照要求给予满足。6、工期要求：施工工期为Z个月。四、设计内容（一）施工组织设计的任务1、编写施工方法与施工方案。2、按照流水施工的基本原理，编制工程施工进度计划横道图。3、绘制施工平面布置图，主要包括水、电、临建设施、主要机械、场站布置。（3#图一张）4、主要劳动力、机械设备安排计划。5、编写各项技术组织措施与各项技术经济指标。（二）施工组织设计的内容1、工程概况。主要内容：建筑特点，结构特点简介，以及装修特点，施工条件，地形
15、，地貌，特点简介，以及工程所在处的社会，经济环境。2、施工方法与施工方案。主要内容：施工程序，施工流向；主要分部分项工程的施工方法；主要施工机械的选用；施工新技术，新方法，新材料的运用。3、施工准备工作与施工进度计划表。主要内容：施工准备工作计划表，分部分项工程的划分；进度控制的计划系统，进度控制实施计划，编制横道图。4、各项资源需要量计划表。主要内容：水泥、砂、石砖、钢材以及各构配件需要计划表。5、施工平面图。主要内容：水平及垂直运输机械的布置，主要材料及构配件的堆放，仓库，搅拌站的布置，临时设施的布置，施工现场道路，给排水，供电网络布置。6、各项技术组织措施与各项技术经济指标。主要内容：文
