1、1、工程概况金温扩能改造工程标泥湾中桥中心里程DK148+412.400，全桥长111.67m，位于浙江省青田县鹤城镇泥湾村。新建金华台承台边与既有线1#墩承台边距离为11.01m（中-中），温州台与既有铁路中心线距离为22m（中-中），线路右侧为石门中学。新建桥梁临近营业线施工的施工范围，即DK148+356.565DK148+468.235范围内。2、基坑开挖防护方案经现场施工情况反映，基坑地质为粉土，质地松散，遇水易坍塌，且临近营业线，为保证营业线施工安全，承台基坑施工拟采用钢板桩围堰方案。考虑靠近营业线一侧进行钢板桩打入施工，可能危及营业线运营安全，故将靠近营业线一侧钢板桩改为挖孔防护
2、桩，并在桩顶设圈梁连接。结合钢板桩的特性、施工方法等方面进行考虑，选用宽0.6m的ISP-钢板桩，ISP-钢板桩宽度适中，抗弯性能好。3、总体施工流程3.1、施工流程施工准备（挖孔防护桩可与桥梁桩基同时施做）测量定位导向桩制作打钢板桩土方开挖圈梁施工/钢板桩内支撑排水垫层钢筋绑扎模板安装混凝土浇筑回填土方钢板桩拔除3.2、钢板桩施工方法3.2.1、单桩逐根打入法施打钢板桩先由测量人员定出钢板桩围堰的轴线，清理障碍物至-1m。导向桩直接使用钢板桩，然后挂绳线作为导线，打桩时利用导线控制钢板桩的轴线。准备桩帽及送桩：打桩机吊起钢板桩，人工扶正就位。先用打拔桩机夹住钢板桩头部振动1min2min，使
