15、3788981553杨 涛 13482781919 检修班组：周刚13916727905四、 施工准备1. 组织施工人员与点检方了解施工技术质量要求、施工内容、施工重点及施工时间节点，让施工人员了解本项目的施工工艺、安全及质量控制点等内容;2. 对施工人员进行安全交底及危险预知工作，办理好开工手续;3. 按照工艺、质量要求，编制切实可行的计划下达班组层层落实；4. 更换备件外形尺寸关键传动部件确认工作；5. 可能会涉及夜间作业，对使用照明设施及线路应提前准备;6. 办好施工手续，填写安全预知卡、安全确认书、安全交底卡。五、 施工方法5.1施工工艺流程 5.2施工流程1) 人员、工具进厂，提前对
16、备件安装尺寸进行确认；2) 三方确认停电挂牌。对参与拆除检修人员进行安全条例教育,与甲方点检三方确认停机，停电、挂牌、设定检修区域范围安全警界线不得超越。注意：施工前为了设备便于拆除安装，停电之前应将小车停至吊装口，停电后搭设脚手架（联系业主）至施工平台面，便于施工人员作业。吊装口3) 将小车开到吊装口位置。4) 提升导向压板压轮间隙调整（每台车共16个轮子）要点。 提升导向压板压轮间压紧量0.1测量数据； 小车找水平； 空间狭小。5) 测量方式如下a) 小车找水平；b) 利用塞尺量出数据并做好记录；c) 根据测量间隙加减垫片进行调节；6) 回装时进行清灰，确保安装面清洁。7) 电气设备安装及
17、调试要点。小车液压马达接线和编码器接近开关等实施保护性拆除，拆接线时要注意“谁拆谁装”的原则； 检查电机接线应与端子标号一致,端子板应完整,电机内部连线不得触及转动部分.； 端子箱安装必须按照规范要求进行，确保线路及无错位、无松动； 检查控制系统接线及配置是正确，线头是否有松动，接地是否良好，按要求整定各保护装置的参数。8) 调试。当各个条件均已完善时方可进行联动调试，确保设备的正常运转，并做好试运转记录。9) 三方摘牌，做好“6s” 工作。六、 施工劳动力组织本次施工总工期需要施工时间为60h，工作时间16h，一个班12人；根据业主备件储备情况，故分为三个阶段，每个阶段更换三根。 序号工种人

19、体施工人员清楚施工内容、施工环境及注意事项，并向点检了解设备情况。1) 加强安全管理工作，所有施工人员必须持证上岗。高空作业必须经过体检，身体合格者方可登高作业；2) 高空作业要系好安全带，工器具采取防坠落措施，不用时随手放入工具袋内；3) 施工现场严禁吸烟；4) 吊装设备要遵守“十不吊”；5) 施工区域设置安全警示标志，并由专人看管，无关人员严禁进入；6) 电气设备在外壳座采取接零或接地。7) 交叉作业中注意高空落物伤人；夜间作业要设足够的照明；8) 气割时氧气瓶、乙炔瓶水平间距要保证5米以上，并与动火点距离10M以上；9) 动火要办动火证，专人监护，配备灭火器。十、 施工质量保证措施1.
20、加强对全员质量意识教育，坚持把质量放在施工过程的重点；2. 认真落实各级质量责任制，使该项目的各道工序的质量自始至终得到有效控制。3. 做好技术交底工作，把技术标准传达到每个施工人员。加强班组自检和质量专检，做好质检记录，充分发挥质量专检人员的预防和把关作用。4. 严格做好施工工程中的过程监控工作，对关键项目，关键步序需严格把好质量关。5. 开工之前应认真同业主人员进行交流。虚心接受不锈钢炼钢厂的监督和指导；对施工中出现的质量问题或质量事故，应及时如实上报，制定纠正措施，认真整改，直至达到质量标准。附表：施工进度计划表relax, easy thought landslide, and beh
