14、层。2)第3 层灰色砂质粉土，拟建场地内均有分布，含水量 25.728.5%，平均为 27.3%，孔的应力扩散和土的排水固结，不利因素在于其易产生管涌、流砂等不良地质现象，对河道边坡稳 定不利，请设计时予以重视。3)第层灰色粘土，分布于全区，湿，软塑，高压缩性，层面埋深 11.5011.70m，相应标高-10.28-10.87，层面较稳定，层厚 8.9010.20m，该层比贯入阻力 Ps 平均值为 0.65Mpa，1平均压缩系数 a0.1-0.20.64Mpa4)第层暗绿色粉质粘土，拟建场地均有分布，湿，硬塑，中等压缩性，层面埋深 20.9021.70m，相应标高-19.77-20.79m，层
15、厚 2.404.00m，该层平均比贯入阻力 Ps 值 2.26Mpa，1平均压缩系数 a0.1-0.20.22Mpa5)第层草黄色砂质粉土，拟建场地均有分布，层顶埋深 25.0m 左右，呈饱和，中密状局部为粉砂，该层平均比贯入阻力 Ps 值 3.96Mpa，平均压缩系数 a0.1-0.2 为土质较均0.15Mpa匀，地基强度较高。第四章、技术要求一、技术要求1、该项目拟采用钢筋混凝土方桩，桩长为8米，截面尺寸为250MM*250MM。2、桩穿过粉质粘土，淤泥质粉质粘土，进入淤泥质粉质粘土夹粉沙层。3、打桩顺序：先施工B驳岸，然后施工A驳岸。为了不影响涵洞施工进度，及打桩过程中产生的挤土不影响涵
16、洞，则B驳岸由北向南施工，A驳岸由南向北施工。4、堆放场地应平整坚实，最下层与地面接触的垫木应有足够的宽度和高度，堆放时桩应稳固，不得滚动。如场地条件许可时，宜单层堆放；当叠层堆放时，应在垂直于桩长度方向的地面上设置两道垫木，垫木宜选用耐压的长木方，不得使用有棱角的金属构件，堆放高度不宜超过一米。第五章、施工准备1、办理各种施工手续；2、组织设备、人员进场，树立安全牌、防火设施；3、地下管网测量及保护，平整场地，布设排水系统；4、布置好材料堆放；5、安排好临时用水、用电；6、落实好材料供应商，制定供料计划，要求供应商既满足设计要求，同时必须满足施工进度需要。7、技术准备：A、工程开工前，组织主

19、伤。吊运方式有成捆起吊和单捆起吊、钢筋捆扎、专人指挥。桩堆放的顺序、位置、方向和平面布置应考虑到以后的施工方便，并按型号、规格、长度施工部位分别堆放，堆放的高度不宜超过1M。4、施工工艺流程基线确定定桩位桩施打。5、操做方法、基线确定：施工员定出轴线，留出以后施工需要的工作面，确定桩施工位置。、定桩位。按顺序标明桩的具体桩位，洒灰线标明。、桩施打。采用单独打入法，即吊升第一支桩，准确对准桩位，振动打入土中，使桩端粉土层进入粘土层。吊第二支桩，振动打入土中，如此重复操作，直至桩加固完成。施工步骤如下:a. 桩起吊后对准桩位点，同时250液压打桩机就位。B.吊起的桩必须在打桩机能控制的范围内衔桩。
20、c.导向夹具将桩夹紧.带好保险，起吊打桩锤。d.调整桩的垂直度，精确定位.e. 对好桩位下桩,校准桩的垂直度及桩的平面位置,让桩自沉。若桩位有误差,则重新对桩点进行定位,再打桩。同时控制好桩的垂直度,打桩到位,误差控制在沉桩允许范围内。1）桩顶平面位置偏差：单桩不大于80cm，其它不大于100cm；2）桩身倾斜度不大于0.5%；3）桩顶标高偏差：不大于10mm。f. 锤击桩直至设计高度。g.测量桩的偏位及标高。h. 依次吊桩、打桩到位。第九章、质量保证一、质量标准1、严格遵守和执行有关的施工质量规范。2、根据ISO9001标准要求，推行全面质量管理，建立质量保证体系，提高全员质量意识，确保质量
21、管理惯彻整个施工过程。坚持质量自检、互检、交接检“三检”制。3、实行质量管理项目部负责制，配置专职质检员，具体负责质量管理工作。严格按项目部管理体系进行施工管理。第十章、施工工期本工程施工工期计划为3天。第十一章、安全保证措施安全施工是关系到个人健康、家庭幸福、社会稳定、国家昌盛的大事。强化安全知识的宣传教育，提高施工人员的安全技术素质，加强现场的安全管理力度，加强安全防范措施等构成了施工安全工作的几个重要组成部分。1、安全目标本工程的安全目标，是在整个项目施工期间坚决杜绝各类重大责任事故、人身伤亡事故、消防事故、治保事故、交通事故、扰民事故及各类传染病发生。2、安全组织措施2.1现场成立安全
22、生产工作小组，设置专职安全员全面负责施工期间的安全工作，各班组设立兼职安全员负责具体检查监督工作，现场建立安全生产保证体系。2.2坚持执行施工前的安全技术交底会议制度和开工前的安全教育制度，明确本工程的安全目标，落实各个岗位的安全职责。2.3认真执行安全规程和操作要求，施工人员必须戴安全帽，严禁违章作业，杜绝各类事故发生。2.4对于各类安全违章行为坚决进行处理，限期整改。2.5做好每天的安全生产记录，并填写安全日记。2.6按照南京安全质量监督站的要求，认真、如实、确切的填写安全管理资料。3、 用电措施3.1开工前，专业电工和技术负责人应指导现场施工用电。3.2所用配电箱采用国家建筑施工统一的配
23、电箱，实行一机一闸一漏电保护装置。主要配电箱均作接地，以防止感应电伤人。3.3照明线路不能与动力线路混用，吊机、振动锤等使用的拖缆，必须严格检查，不能使用绝缘性能差的或有破损的电缆。3.4机械设备（如振动锤、电焊机等）移位、电器检修时必须断电操作，严禁带电操作，并挂上警示牌。移位时，须有专人指挥，专人照看电缆，防止电缆压坏损伤。3.5移动电器、修理电器由专业电工进行，非专业人员严禁操作。3.6所用配电箱漏电保护装置每天由专业电工进行检查，并在相应表格上记录。3.7施工现场用电严格遵守施工现场临时用电安全技术规范。4、 消防安全措施4.1由项目经理、安全员组成现场消防安全领导小组，具体负责落实防
24、火安全工作，以备突发情况下迅速采取行动，减小影响程度。4.2健全消防制度，施工现场安排专人、专职负责，一旦发现隐患，立即进行消除。4.3酸碱泡沫灭火器指定专人维护、管理、保养，定期调换药剂，标明换药时间，确保灭火器效能正常。4.4场区或生活区，禁止私接电线，私接违章电器；严禁使用煤油炉、电炉烧煮。4.5进行电焊、气割作业人员必须持证上岗，并实行动火申报制度，动火必须具有“二证一器一监护”才能进行。4.6现场电焊、气割作业必须符合防火要求，严格执行“十不烧”规章制度。4.7工地中的易燃易爆物品（如汽油、氧气瓶、乙炔瓶等）都必须按照规定设置，妥善保管。4.8调查清楚施工现场周围道路两侧的城市专用消
