3、高效地完成该工程。3、经济效益目标：以成本控制为核心，创造良好的社会和经济效益。二、工程概况根据建设单位要求，本桥采用520米装配式预应力混凝土先简支后连续分体式小箱梁。大桥起点桩号为K0+459.000，终点桩号为K0+565.000，桥梁总长106m。桩基工程采用反循环钻孔灌注施工工艺，桩基混凝土为C30砼。桩基工程设计共32根，桩径1.5米，桩长为45M，共16根，桩径1.2米，桩长为40M，共16根。 三、施工准备1、劳动准备指挥 1名 指挥协调各工序操作，控制质量；操作员 6名 按设计要求操作钻机，维修机械；记录员 2 名 兼质量检查员，负责施工记录，操纵仪表；安全员 1 名 负责安
4、全检查；2、机具设备1）反循环钻机3台，根据工程进度实际情况增加或减少； 2）钢筋笼下放吊装或导管下放用25吨吊车两辆，小型挖掘机一台，钢筋笼制作人员一班。3）材料准备本工程采用商品混凝土施工，我施工单位主要从两方面出发控制：a、首先根据配合比单上的混凝土坍落度在每次混凝土浇筑之前对坍落度进行实测，满足要求则可进行混凝土浇筑；在浇筑过程中每3车进行一次随机抽测，无法满足要求的退回；b、对商品混凝土厂家的资质、材料、供应产量等进行取样检查，满足所需工程要求，不定期对厂家砼生产过程进行质量检查。四、施工部署该工程设备、材料进厂前，首先对施工现场场地进行平整，以满足施工要求。按施工总平面布置图合理布
5、置临时设施，现场办公、供电、供水、生活等设施，敷设各种主干线，以利于施工。施工结束，各种设备、设施及施工人员有序撤场，做到工完场清。根据施工需要设置泥浆池及废浆池，泥浆池可就近设置，不得设置在桩基部位，废浆坑应设置在基坑外侧。施工产生的泥浆应及时排除，保持现场文明要求。废浆坑内废浆可用罐车及时外运。设置位置见附图。五、施工工艺本工艺标准适用于地下水位高、桩身较长的软、硬土层反循环成孔灌注桩工程。一、材料及主要机具：1、水泥：宜采用325号425号普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥。2、砂：中砂或粗砂，含泥量不大于5%。3、石子：粒径为0.53.2cm的卵石或碎石，含泥量不大于2%。4、水：应用自来
6、水或不含有害物质的洁净水。5、外加早强剂应通过试验确定。6、钢筋：钢筋的级别、直径必须符合设计要求，有出厂证明书及复试报告。7、主要机具有：反循环钻孔机、混凝土导管、套管、水泵、水箱、泥浆池。二、作业条件：1、地上、地下障碍物都处理完毕，达到“三通一平”。施工用的临时设施准备就绪。2、制作好钢筋笼，钢筋笼制作严格按施工工艺要求、施工图纸及设计规定施工。钢筋笼设计长度大于15米，采用分段制作、安装，分段钢筋笼连接采用单面搭接焊，搭接长度大于10D，钢筋主筋搭接面积50%。钢筋笼主筋连接采用直螺纹连接，确保钢筋连接质量。3、根据图纸放出轴线及桩位点，按上水平标高木橛，并经过预检签字。4、要选择和确
7、定钻孔机的进出路线和钻孔顺序，制定施工方案，做好技术交底。为防止桩基施工桩孔穿孔，施工采用隔打（跳打）的施工方法，待临近桩基砼终凝后方可进行该部位桩基钻孔。5、正式施工前应做成孔试验，数量不少于两根。工艺流程：.桩基施工工艺流程1、钻机就位：钻机就位时，必须保持平稳，不发生倾斜、位移，为准确控制钻孔深度，应在机架上或机管上作出控制的标尺，以便在施工中进行观测、记录。2、钻孔及注泥浆：调直机架挺杆，对好桩位（用对位圈），开动机器钻进，出土，达到一定深度（视土质和地下水情况）停钻，孔内注入事先调制好的泥浆，然后继续进钻。3、安装套管（护筒）：钻孔深度到5m左右时，提钻下套管。套管内径应大于钻头25
8、0mm。套管位置应埋设正确和稳定，套管与孔壁之间应用粘土填实，套管中心与桩孔中心线偏差不大于50mm。套管埋设深度：在粘性土中不宜小于lm，在砂土中不宜小于1.5m，并应保持孔内泥浆面高出地下水位1m以上。4、继续钻孔：防止表层土受振动坍塌，钻孔时不要让泥浆水位下降，当钻至持力层后，设计无特殊要求时，可继续钻深1m左右，作为插入深度。施工中应经常测定泥浆相对密度。5、孔底清理及排渣在砂土和较厚的夹砂层中成孔时，排渣泥浆的相对密度应控制在1.11.3； 6、吊放钢筋笼：钢筋笼放前应绑好砂浆垫块；吊放时要对准孔位，吊直扶稳，缓慢下沉，钢筋笼放到设计位置时，应立即固定，防止上浮；为防止钢筋笼在调运过
9、程中出现变形弯曲影响施工质量，钢筋笼分两段制作、下放13米加13.5米，连接时采用大于搭接倍数搭接焊。7、浇筑混凝土：在浇筑混凝土等过程中，随着混凝土不断增高，孔内沉渣将浮在混凝土上面，并同泥浆一同排回泥浆池内。 水下浇筑混凝土应连接施工；导管底端应始终埋入混凝土中0.81.5m；导管的第一节底管长度应4m。混凝土的配制：A、配合比应根据试验确定，在选择施工配合比时，混凝土的试配强度应比设计强度提高10%15%。B、水灰比不宜大于0.6。C、有良好的和易性，在规定的浇筑期间内，坍落度应为1822cm；在浇筑初期，为使导管下端形成混凝土堆，坍落度宜为1518cm。 D、水泥用量一般为350400
10、kg/m3。 E、砂率一般为45%50%。8、拔出导管：混凝土浇筑到桩顶时，应及时拔出导管。但混凝土的上顶标高一定要符合设计要求。9、同一配合比的试块，每班不得少于1组。每根灌注桩不得少于1组。10、冬雨期施工： A、反循环 钻孔灌注桩不宜在冬期进行。B、雨天施工现场必须有排水措施，严防地面雨水流入桩孔内。要防止桩机移动，以免造成桩孔歪斜等情况。质量标准1、灌注桩的原材料和混凝土强度必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。2、实际浇灌混凝土量，严禁小于计算的体积。 3、浇灌混凝土后的桩顶标高及浮浆的处理，必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。4、成孔浓度必须符合设计要求。以摩擦力为主的桩，沉渣厚度严禁大
