1、电子邮件(E-mail),电子邮件(E-mail)通常包括三部分:邮件头、正文和签名。 邮件头:包括发件时间(计算机自动完成)、收件人的电子邮件地址、寄件人的电子邮件地址(计算机自动完成)、日期(计算机自动完成)和主题行。 正文:这是电子邮件的内容,它的书写方式和普通的信函一样。 签名:写在邮件的最后,有时附有发件人的其他信息,如电话和其他联系方式等。,From: 发件人 To: 收件人 Cc: Carbon copy 抄送 Bcc: Blind carbon copy 暗送/密送 Subject: 主题,The To: field. In email, the Cc: command is straightforward enough, as it says send a copy of the message to an address other than the main recipient (the address that you place in the To: field). So if you want to send a message

3、to more than one recipient, at least one address will have to go in the To: field. The other addresses can also go in the To: field or they can go in the Cc: field. Everybody gets a copy of the message, and all recipients can see who else the message has been sent to.,Blind carbon copies are used to

4、 send a copy of an email to a recipient without any of the other recipients being aware that the Bccd recipient got a copy of the email. Bcc says send a copy to another address.but in this case, dont indicate to the recipient that you sent this copy.,Attachment: 附件 This is the name given to a file t

These allow the reader to prioritize, search, and file the message appropri

Keep messages precise and to the point Email messages should rarely be longer than one page. Put important information in the first paragraph so the reader can imm

13、ediately determine its urgency and relevance. Format the message into easy-to-read sections using appropriate bullets and paragraph breaks. Keep to one subject. Do a spell check This is a must. Do not overuse mail distribution lists Limit the use of distribution lists, as the information in your mes

14、sage may not be useful to everyone on them. Use caution when replying to distribution-list messages, ensuring that you reply only to the sender and not to the entire list, unless a reply to all is appropriate.,Include your name and telephone number in the message Always include your name and alterna
