3、2由机旁控制箱、远程操作面板和速度传感器组成。 P2-P4阀的自动控制：柴油机在按某一推进特性运行过程中，喘振会在某一速度区间（N1 N2）内发生。PC2-6柴油机旁通阀控制器检测柴油机的转速，当速度大于N1时，柴油机进入喘振区，此时，控制器输出一路压缩空气，打开P2-P4旁通阀；当速度大于N2时，柴油机越过喘振区，此时，控制器输出另一路压缩空气，关闭P2-P4旁通阀。如果因为推进特性的变化或增压器匹配的变化，导致喘振区的变化，只需在控制器参数设定中改变N1和N2的值即可。 速度参数N1、N2 可根据柴油机的实际参数进行调整。P2-P4 阀的手动控制: 将控制方式转换为手动控制方式，即可对P2

7、75 mm电缆 按2.3.3航空插头接线表，两个插头对接即可。控制端口3 电缆 11x0.75 mm电缆 按2.3.3航空插头接线表，两个插头对接即可。2.3.5 气动连接要求 适用铜管：外径为8mm气动用软态紫铜管 接头形式：8mm气动系统用卡套接头 注意事项：连接卡套接头时应用力拧紧，以免漏气。 注意事项：连接旁通阀时，务必确认其开阀与关阀气口。 2.4 测速传感器的安装 将传感器拧入柴油机上的传感器安装孔，当传感器端面接触到柴油机齿面后，再反向拧240度，以保证传感器端面与柴油机齿面的距离为1mm。 当拧入深度达到传感器上的指示沟槽时，传感器已接近到位，请小心操作。 传感器与齿面的距离调

9、/230伏，50/60 Hz。3.2 备用电源：24V直流，在交流电源出现故障后，使用备用电源。3.3 操作气源：0.7Mpa压缩空气，必须符合气动系统使用要求，如果不能保证气源符合要求，请务必在气源出口安装气源三联件，过滤精度为25微米，通径为8mm。3.4 测速传感器：测速传感器为接近开关，响应频率不大于2KHz，感应距离为1mm。 3.5 环境温度：-25 753.6 冲击与振动：225Hz 振幅1.6mm; 25120Hz 加速度4G。4. 参数设定PC2-6进气系统旁通阀控制器具有参数设定和修改功能。参数设定在远程控制面板上进行。注意：参数设定必须在控制器通电和柴油机停止工作时进行，

10、或者在确认控制器程序停止控制后不会对柴油机的运行造成伤害后进行。注意：参数调整必须由相关专业人员进行。 4.1 喘振速度区域P (进气压力) n11 n12 n21 n22N1 N2N (速度) 上行速度区域 n12 n22 下降速度区域 n11 n214.2 延时时间T 当速度满足开或关旁通阀的条件时，可设定延时时间T，只有当满足条件的时间大于延时时间T，开关阀的指令才会执行。4.3 出厂设定值n11n12n21n22T出厂设定370 rpm380 rpm430 rpm440 rpm5s4.4 参数设定方法 4.4.1下降速度区域设定Down Speed Area（n11 n21）接通电源后

11、，显示器上显示默认屏幕： 按“ESC”键进入如下画面：按上下键，选中 Down Speed Area，按ENTER键后，出现密码输入画面，输入密码并按ENTER键确认后出现如下画面，进入n21设定画面：注：输入密码并确认后，继续设置其他参数时，将不需要再次输入密码。 按上、下键调整数据，上箭头使数据增加，下箭头使数据减少。调整完毕，按“ENTER”，确认后闪烁停止。（按键时间越长，增长/减少速度越快），在光标不闪烁的情况下，按下键，进入如下n11设定画面：按上、下键调整数据，上箭头使数据增加，下箭头使数据减少。调整完毕，按“ENTER”，确认后闪烁停止（按键时间越长，增长/减少速度越快）。至此

12、，下降速度区域设定Down Speed Area（n11 n21）完成。4.4.2 上行速度区域设定Up Speed Area（n12 n22）按“ESC”键进入如下画面：按上下键选中Up Speed Area,按ENTER键进入如下n22设定画面按上、下键调整数据，上箭头使数据增加，下箭头使数据减少。调整完毕，按“ENTER”，确认后闪烁停止（按键时间越长，增长/减少速度越快）。在光标不闪烁的情况下，按下键，进入如下n12设定画面：按上、下键调整数据，上箭头使数据增加，下箭头使数据减少。调整完毕，按“ENTER”，确认后闪烁停止（按键时间越长，增长/减少速度越快）。至此，上行速度区域Up S

13、peed Area(n12 n22)设定完成。4.4.3 延时时间Delay Time设定 按“ESC”键进入如下画面： 按上下键选中Delay Time, 按ENTER键进入延时时间设定画面： 按上、下键调整数据，上箭头使数据增加，下箭头使数据减少。调整完毕，按“ENTER”，确认后闪烁停止（按键时间越长，增长/减少速度越快）。 至此，延时时间Delay Time 设定完成。5 运行5.1 电源备用24VDC24VDC220VAC 使用正常220V交流电源：先接通外部电源，然后打开控制箱，合上220V交流电源开关，再合上24V直流电源开关。 使用备用24V直流电源：如果使用备用24V直流电源

14、，请先断开220V交流和24V直流电源开关，然后接通24V备用直流电源，再合上备用24V直流电源开关。 5.2 气源请在控制箱使用前接通压缩气源，并保证气源压力与洁净符合要求。5.3 试灯 请将“运行 停止 检测”转换开关放在停止位置，按“试灯” ，所有的指示灯都应该点亮，如果不亮，请及时更换指示灯。5.4 自动检测请将“运行 停止 检测”转换开关放在检测位置，PT-DQ-02会自动发出打开和关闭旁通阀的指令，并监测其控制过程，检查设备是否有故障，故障类型，并显示。检测结束后，机旁控制箱会发出一声约3秒的嘀声，远程操作面板上的“检测结束”指示灯点亮3秒。注意：务必在检测结束后，即听到3秒的嘀声

15、或看到远程操作面板上的“检测结束”指示灯点亮3秒后，进行其他的操作。注意：检测到的故障后，必须按照本说明书第6款的内容排除故障，才能投入运行。注意：如果使用制造号为X X X X X X-1的产品，自动检测不能完全正确地检测故障， 使用前请务必观察旁通阀的动作是否正确。 5.5 自动控制方式 PT-DQ-02 PC2-6L进气系统旁通阀控制器正常运行时，应将其设定为自动控制方式。 5.6 手动控制方式 如果速度传感器或PLC出现故障，请将其设定为手动控制方式，根据控制箱或者远程操作面板上的显示速度，对旁通阀进行控制，并及时排除故障，恢复自动控制方式。 对柴油机旁通阀进行调试时，也可将其设定为手

16、动控制方式，调试完成后，请恢复自动控制方式。5.7 机旁与集控室控制转换在进行机旁与集控室控制转换时，请仔细阅读下面的内容，务必保证机旁控制箱与远程操作面板上的控制位置一致，否则，会造成操作不能正常进行。 机旁控制 机旁控制箱上的转换开关打至“机旁控制”位置 远程操作面板上的转换开关打至“机旁控制”位置 集控室控制 机旁控制箱上的转换开关打至“集控控制”位置 远程操作面板上的转换开关打至“集控控制”位置 当机旁控制箱上的转换开关打至“机旁控制”时，集控室的远程操作面板仅作为 监视作用，不能进行控制操作。 5.8 手动与自动控制方式转换 按照5.7机旁与集控室控制转换所确定的控制位置，将手动与自

17、动控转换开关打至相应的位置即可。 6 故障6.1 故障指示 机旁控制箱上有5个黄色指示灯，当故障发生时，指示灯会指示不同的故障。 6.2 故障查询当故障发生时，可在远程操作面板上查询故障代码，查询方法如下： 默认画面如下： 按ESC键2次，进入如下画面： 选中报警显示，按ENTER键即可查到故障代码。 当同时出现两个以上的报警时，一次只能显示一个故障代码，先出现故障先显示。按ENTER键确认后，继续查看下一个故障代码。6.3 故障一览表 故障一览表 故障代码故障现象故障原因 处理方法速度传感器故障SSF速度显示波动大电磁干扰a. 去除干扰源；b. 将速度传感器电缆屏蔽层可靠接地。速度显示波动不
